As hybrid work becomes the norm, finding and retaining great talent is a major challenge. Agencies are taking a close look at their operations protocols and policies in order to respond to the needs of the workforce. To overcome hiring gridlock and sweeten the pot for existing staff, agencies are focusing their attention on benefit offerings to their employees.
This survey report identifies eleven broad categories of employee benefits and the prevalence of respective offerings at 4As member agencies. One hundred and twenty-six members participated in the study. We surveyed members on their:

- Staff Non-Business Travel
