Workers’ Compensation Captive

Our workers’ comp performance along with its sheer size, again proves the program remains the dominant player in our Industry.

In 2024, the Workers’ Comp Captive declared a continuation of the highest dividend percentage in its history, net of surcharges. The dividend equaled 50% of policy cost and an astonishing 80% of premium cost. $13.4 Billion in payroll is now insured through the Captive program.

Production Wrap-Up Insurance

Though only five years old, the program’s massive growth and adoption continues to deliver a very appealing offering for 4As member agencies, as we are the only wrap-up program provider for small and mid-sized agencies.

The ease of job declaration will continue to be a key element of the program, along with providing an average savings of up to 40% to be passed along for your client. The broader, more comprehensive Insurance protection is a clear benefit to all participating 4As member agencies.

Group Dental & Vision and Group Life & Disability Insurance

We offer significant Group Dental & Vision savings for agencies and their employees, guaranteeing savings over current pricing for two years. Our offering also allows for the current Dental plan design to either be matched or altered.

4As member agencies who are not participating may request competitive bids for the 2025 and 2026 policy years for Group Dental, Vision, Life & Disability Insurance coverages.

The 4As 401(k) retirement plan continues with our long-standing commitment to provide member agencies with the top ranked Investment offerings in each of their respective categories, consistently delivering a strong performance against investments with market peers.
