Rob Rankin is President & CEO at CCF, a Minneapolis-based, full-service independent agency. His roots are in client service, and he leads the agency with a what’s-best-for-clients-is-best-for-us mindset, which might be responsible for a roster of clients with unusual tenure (one has been with CCF for 37 years!). He believes that clients hire agencies for their ideas, and good ideas often turn into incremental initiatives, which drives organic growth. Rob started his career working on CPG brands, but has become a behavior change expert by leading the strategy for many public health clients, now a unique area of expertise for CCF.
