Kenneth is the Regional Vice President of Global Strategy & Sales for SMB. His mission is to provide a compelling and ROI-rich experience for small and medium businesses around the world on the Microsoft Advertising platform. His team serves as an SMB incubator and growth engine for new business. The team provides the guidance, tools, and technology that enable SMBs to make smart marketing decisions, drive new leads, and expand their revenue potential.
In addition to being a father of three, his career in sales and digital marketing has taken him all over the world. His overseas travels have helped him hone my ability to build relationships no matter where he lands.
Managing and developing people is a huge motivator for Kenneth, so he devotes as much time as possible to mentorship. Building a diverse team where people are empowered to grow their talents, expand their potential, and step into even better roles gives him deep satisfaction.
Ultimately, Kenneth’s vision is to use his abilities to drive positive change in the business world and beyond. Diverse and inclusive business practices are extremely important to him, which is why he is a mentor with Embrace/Blacks at Microsoft and actively supports the Asian ERG and Asian Leadership Program at Microsoft. Additionally, he is a board member of Women of MSA, MSA Allies in Action and BEST.
