Mark Polyak is the Chief Product Technology Officer of MINT, where he drives the company’s product and technology strategy, with a strong focus on Agentic models, AI-driven analytics, and seamless data integration. Leveraging his deep expertise in real-time data processing and intelligent automation, he is shaping MINT’s next-generation solutions for global advertisers.

Prior to this role, Mark Polyak was President, North America Analytics, at Ipsos. In this role he was responsible for driving strategic growth of the Ipsos analytics-based solutions and products as well as client and thought leadership. Polyak was also Chief Analytics and Data Officer for Ipsos Global Public Affairs, focusing on developing solutions and products for the financial sector, big tech and international organizations navigating risk.

Polyak spent over 15 years building data analytics and visualization platforms and has three U.S. patents focused on real-time data integration of streaming multi-sensor data. He is based in Washington, DC.

Dr. Alvin Glay is a former Liberian refugee, celebrated author, and influential thought leader in marketing and strategy. His powerful memoir, LIBERIAN BOY: TRIUMPH OVER WAR’S SHADOW, chronicles his journey from war-torn Liberia to a new life in America, highlighting themes of resilience, identity, and perseverance. Through his personal story, Dr. Glay reflects on the complexities of survival and the pursuit of education amid unimaginable adversity, offering a deeper understanding of the refugee experience and the challenges faced by African immigrants in America. His memoir not only shares his remarkable journey but also inspires readers to reflect on the power of resilience and the transformative strength of education.

With over 19 years of experience building marketing strategies for top brands, Dr. Glay has worked with industry leaders such as Procter & Gamble, Verizon Wireless, Carters, Reckitt, Bausch & Lomb, and Disney. Known for his expertise in real-time marketing and data-driven strategies, he has pioneered innovative approaches to consumer engagement, helping businesses achieve measurable success. Dr. Glay serves as the Chief Strategy Officer at Response Media and as a Research Associate at Georgia State University, where his groundbreaking research on behavioral science in marketing has had a global impact. His work continues to inspire both the marketing world and other industries, bridging the gap between theory and practical application.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Glay is deeply passionate about education and community development. He is the founder of The Unity J McGill Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational resources in Liberia. His efforts aim to close the education gap in Liberia and empower future generations through the establishment of an innovation center. With a doctorate in Business from Georgia State University and an MBA from Mercer University, Dr. Glay’s diverse career continues to make a profound impact, both personally and professionally.
