"I appreciated the opportunity to collaboratively assess our organization and develop an action plan. Other trainings in the past have been more passive and I appreciate that this was action-oriented. Also, the privilege quiz at the beginning was eye-opening."

Allen & Gerritsen

"It was great to be able to make an actionable plan to create more inclusion at my agency. In the past I've had DEI training that didn't end with actions, just thought starters. This challenges us to take what we've learned and apply it in a tangible way."

Mythic

"I would honestly recommend this training to everyone. Love that it was a DEI training that finally took the step beyond here's what DEI is and took it to, and here's how you implement that across every aspect of a business."

Grady Britton

"I initiated this program because I knew we needed to do this an an organization, I wasn't prepared for how much I needed this as a person. The biggest thing for me is it gave me the language and context for what we're talking about and why."

OH Partners

"This is the perfect program to go from theory to action in building a diverse and inclusive work environment. This session taught me more about diversity and inclusion than I have learned in 25 years in advertising. I am forever changed."

Barkley

"The 4As enlightenment program helped bring forth difficult and honest conversations about DEI within the workplace. Although the experience meant that I had to be vulnerable, it ultimately opened my eyes to different perspectives and areas of improvement, which will make me (and the agency) stronger."
