On April 28th, 2021 the 4As River States Council Board of Governors held a special forum for 4As member agency managers and staff in the River States advertising community.
The COVID-19 pandemic forced a multitude of adjustments for agencies during 2020, and conducting new business activity was certainly disrupted. Most significantly, agencies were restricted to using virtual technology to conduct new business meetings, including final presentations to their prospective clients. In discussions with our members, the 4As have learned that there were widely varying degrees of success in their use of virtual technology for their business development efforts.
To provide greater understanding and useful guidance on effective approaches for virtual pitching, the 4As River States Council presents The 4As Agency Effectiveness Forum: Insights and Guidance for Success in Virtual Pitches. This panel discussion featured Business Development Directors from 4As member agencies and representatives from Ark Advisors who shared their insights, best practices, and perspectives.
