While technology was created to help aid our communication, it hasn't helped us communicate any more clearly. In fact, it helped us miscommunicate faster!

In this course we'll shed light on the importance of understanding the mechanics of communication, along with the barriers to clear communication and how we can manage to break through them.

We'll also look carefully at how we communicate with our team via emails, how we can communicate feedback more effectively, and finally, we'll take a close look at our own social style of communication and how we can use what we know of social styles to positively impact the way we communicate with each member on our team.
