There, she drove impressive growth, boosted brand awareness, and hit the stage at events hosted by the ANA, the ARF, LIONS, and Money20/20 to share her expertise.

A Boston College grad, Carolyn started her career at Fenway Sports Management before diving into the MarTech world at companies like Buddy Media, Salesforce, and Olapic. A start-up veteran with a knack for building customer-centric teams, Carolyn thrives at the sweet spot where creativity and business meet—and loves turning insights into big wins.

Kirsty Whelan – Managing Director, Strategy @ Prompt Agency

Kirsty Whelan, Managing Director of Strategy at earned-first, creative marketing agency, /prompt., isn’t your typical marketing executive. With a background rooted in behavioral science and a passion for design thinking, she brings a unique perspective to the challenges of brand building and consumer engagement. Kirsty’s career has spanned a diverse range of industries, from healthcare to consumer goods, partnering with global giants like Pfizer, J&J, L’Oreal, and GSK.

Beyond her agency experience, Kirsty is a dedicated collaborator in the academic sphere, co-creating strategic models with institutions like Jefferson University and Columbia University to help brands better connect with their audiences. And just to prove that even strategists have unexpected origins, Kirsty’s initial career aspiration was a foray into the world of political communications as a press secretary.
