Meet the Facilitator
Gary Duke

As a former ad agency exec turned trainer and executive coach, Gary has designed and delivered professional development programs for thousands of staff members working in ad agencies, PR firms and other creative companies. Gary knows firsthand the challenges associated with nailing a client presentation, having delivered hundreds of presentations during his 25-year career in advertising. He also served in several client-side leadership roles where he witnessed numerous presentations by agencies (some that were honestly painful to watch) so he brings a unique 360 degree perspective to the subject.
Gary is now Managing Partner, Chief Talent Officer of Wild Blue Yonder, a talent development firm specializing in training and coaching programs for agencies. His clients include many of the industry’s top independent and global ad agencies—including Havas Worldwide, IPG, OmnicomGroup, Leo Burnett, Ogilvy, Publicis, and WPP—as well as some of the world’s top consumer brands. Gary is a recognized thought leader and Talent Development Partner for the American Association of Advertising Agencies (4As), where he wrote and co-produced the curriculum for the 4As Account Management Fundamentals self-paced training program.
