Session Outline

4 Live Workshops + AQ Assessment + Individual Work


Before the course begins each participant completes an online assessment to measure their Adaptability Quotient (AQ). This provides detailed insights into your current Abilities, Character, and Environment, and sheds light on how and when you adapt to change at work.

1: Our first session is a wake-up call to the change happening in front of us and all around us, including a discussion about the changes affecting the advertising industry and your company. This uncovers the need for adaptability and what it means and looks like in the workplace. We’ll also dive into the A.C.E. Model of Adaptability and understand the science behind it.

2-4: Over the next 3 sessions, we’ll deep dive into three dimensions of adaptability: Grit, Hope, and Unlearn. Along with research and theory, we’ll share experiences, habits, and routines focused on strengthening each dimension.

In the final group session, we’ll also tie the AQ dimensions together, prioritize your key actions, and establish accountability measures for leaning into change.

Ann began her career at Leo Burnett and STAR TV in Asia and went on to senior leadership positions at Intuit, Yahoo!, Adara - a travel data startup, and OpenExO, a global community of innovators and disruptors. She’s passionate about tech for good and empowering individuals to overachieve.
