Coaching circles offer new and current people managers and team leaders a place to discuss challenges as a group where they can share insights and experiences in an environment that allows them to be vulnerable and gain needed support. Managers in today's work environment need more support than ever, and peer-to-peer groups are gaining popularity and proving to be extremely effective. It offers valuable camaraderie, instant understanding, and lasting connection.

Designed as an open forum for discussion, this format allows us to immediately get to the heart of the challenges your people leaders are facing. Whatever the challenge, someone in the group has been there, is also currently facing the same challenge, or will be soon. The coach will help facilitate the discussions while sharing valuable insights as well as content and frameworks that apply to the issues at hand.
