Kristin Bloomquist
Kristin Bloomquist is a veteran of the advertising industry and spent her 30+ year career working for leading agencies such as DDB, JWT, Deutsch, and Cramer-Krasselt. She also led marketing for TGI Friday and worked as a Senior Partner at SelectResources International for 5 years.
Kristin is a trained coach. In 2017, she founded bloom mentoring, offering one-on-one leadership development and career coaching for advertising professionals. She knows the power of helping leaders develop their emotional intelligence as well as understand their personal strengths and blind spots. Kristin’s unique perspective and innate ability to understand people are what allow her to provide objective, actionable mentoring for her clients.

Mark spent 25 years working at boutique and global ad agencies such as Fallon and McCann in many roles ranging from EVP, Chief of Staff, Director of Business Development, Director of Account Management and Director of Learning.

With decades of experience building high-performing, creative teams in design and storytelling, Illiana discovered her true passion lay in understanding the inner lives of the people she worked with. Beyond their roles as talented artists, creatives, and producers, her colleagues were parents, children, and individuals shaped by life experiences and unconscious beliefs. Shameka Brown
