The 4As fosters a supportive community where members can rely on and assist each other through active participation in councils, committees, forums, and the MAIP alumni network.

4As Regions & Councils
Councils help members connect with other members in their region. Four regional boards based in the eastern, central, southern and western regions of the US oversee the activities of local council boards.

Committees
Committees connect members from the same discipline. There are four board committees (including the 4As Board of Directors) and numerous non-board committees and subcommittees representing the major functions of an advertising agency.

Forums
The 4As Forum Program involves fixed groups of 10-18 CEOs from member agencies of similar size who gather to discuss mutual problems and exchange ideas. Forums consist of executives from different cities, so potential competitors do not participate in the same group. The purpose of a Forum is to help our members share knowledge and discuss common problems and experiences. Typical agenda items include new business strategies, agency compensation, human resource matters, mergers and acquisition concepts, and other areas of interest and concern to an agency CEO.

Talent
We partner with our members to ensure the future of advertising and marketing is more diverse than it is today. Through scholarships, internships, training programs, mentorship and more, we create pathways to attract, retain and grow diverse talent, and build supportive communities that pay it forward.
