Rick Acampora
Global CEO
Rick Acampora joined the Stagwell challenger network in 2021, assuming dual responsibilities as BxP’s Global Chief Client Officer and Assembly's Chief Operating Officer before his elevation to Global Chief Executive Officer of Assembly in 2023. During his tenure, Acampora demonstrated remarkable leadership, facilitating collaboration between client and agency teams, fostering valuable partnerships, and igniting innovation.

Acampora previously held positions at GroupM, MEC/Wavemaker, UM and Publicis. Notably, he led the product unification and transformation for the merger of MEC and Maxus to form Wavemaker. He has played a vital role in the success of some of the world's most renowned brands, including Lenovo, Kraft, P&G, Nestle, Burger King, and IKEA.
