He established Horizon in 1989 with a clear vision: to prioritize strategic leadership and client service, underpinned by the belief that "business is personal." This philosophy has propelled Horizon's evolution into a data-driven marketing powerhouse, managing over $8.5 billion in client investments and employing more than 2,400 professionals.

Under Koenigsberg's leadership, Horizon has garnered numerous accolades for creativity, innovation, and marketing effectiveness. The agency was named MediaPost's 2023 Media Agency of the Year and has previously been honored as Media Agency of the Year by Advertising Age, Adweek, Mediaweek, and Brandweek.
