Aimee Brown
VP, Media Strategy
Aimee has worked at Hoffmann Murtaugh for nearly ten years. She combines her agency background with valuable experience in data analysis to provide strategy and insight to Hoffmann Murtaugh clients. Aimee worked at MARC USA and Nielsen prior to joining Hoffmann Murtaugh. While at Nielsen, Aimee consulted with CPG brands at GlaxoSmithKline to analyze sales data, purchase behavior, and consumer demographics. In her current role, Aimee oversees insight-driven media strategies for clients, she also helps guide the strategic direction of the agency ensuring the integration of emerging trends and technology. Her favorite part about working at Hoffmann Murtaugh is being part of an ambitious, talented team. Aimee is passionate about developing effective media strategies for Hoffmann Murtaugh’s clients.

Shea Murtaugh
President
In 2004, Shea left her career in media sales to start Hoffmann Murtaugh, an integrated media agency. With no capital or agency experience, she took a leap of faith to pursue a different kind of agency by helping clients get the most out of their media dollars. As the years went on, Shea’s business grew to new heights. Breaking the mold and standing at the forefront of trends, Shea has shattered expectations with clients on a local, national, and global level. She not only leads the agency’s strategic vision but also oversees key client relationships and business development.

Katie Mull
Director of Media Activation & Analytics
Katie joined the Hoffmann Murtaugh team two years ago as the Associate Director of Digital Media and Analytics. Since then, she has been promoted to Director of Media Activation. In this role, continues to lead the team’s digital strategy and analytics across all clients. She also leads the broadcast and digital activation teams to ensure all campaigns meet our high standards of excellence as well as overseeing HM’s in-house programmatic buying capabilities.

Adele Lawhead
Director of Finance & HR
Adele leads the Hoffmann Murtaugh finance team. She brings more than 25 years of experience from both the media and agency side – spending 20 years of her career as the Vice President and Treasurer at Sheridan Broadcasting. Adele then moved over to Hearst Television (WTAE) as Controller. Most recently, she worked as the Finance Manager at Brunner.

Jill McNair
Director of Client Success
Jill started at Hoffmann Murtaugh in 2020 as an Associate Media Director and quickly used her Account Management talent to build strong client relationships and grow Hoffmann Murtaugh’s capabilities specifically in client reporting and measurement. Since then, Jill has been promoted to Director of Client Success. In this position, Jill sets the overall vision and strategic plan for the Account Management organization, focusing on driving product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements. Her previous experiences with clients, agencies, and vendors include Citi, Butler/Till, and Concentrix. This combination has allowed Jill to be a triple-threat understanding how each vertical operates.

Amanda Wetick
Associate Director of Media Activation
Amanda has been an asset to Hoffmann Murtaugh’s activation department for over six years. Most recently, she was promoted to Associate Director of Media Activation. In this role, Amanda works closely with the Director of Media Activation to plan campaign goals, research media, create and implement best practices, and oversee all the media placements. In addition, she is responsible for training our HM team to improve their skills and develop more industry insights. Her favorite part about working at Hoffmann Murtaugh is the flexibility to work within so many different mediums and tactics as the landscape continues to evolve.

Anna Bertsch-Jones
Assistant Media Planner
As an Assistant Media Planner, Anna supports the media planning team by facilitating communication and organization between internal teams and clients through the creation and maintenance of flowcharts, status reports, buy specs, and other supportive materials. In addition, she helps with market research pulls and keeps up with the latest trends in various industries to help create content for clients. Through her current role and previous experience, she has developed knowledge of media tactics and how they can generate awareness and engagement. Anna is a recent graduate of the University of Cincinnati, where she earned a BA in Communication with a minor in Marketing and a certificate in Public Relations.

Anastasia Otto
Senior Account Manager/Planner
Anastasia started at Hoffmann Murtaugh in 2020 as an Assistant Media Planner and has grown her skills in effective client communications and media strategy to help build strong client relationships and effective media campaigns. Most recently, she was promoted to Senior Account Manager/Planner! In her current position, she continues to service client campaigns and provides strategic support while helping grow and contribute to the planning team’s success. Anastasia’s favorite part about working at Hoffmann Murtaugh is the exponential opportunity for growth. “Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed at HM”.

Annabelle McGee
A/P Specialist
Annabelle is an AR/AP Specialist at Hoffmann Murtaugh. Starting her A/P career in radio, Annabelle went on to spend the next 15 years working in Traffic at WAMO followed by eight years spent with WDVE. She began her agency career in 2012 working at M.J. Brunner for seven years prior to joining the Hoffmann Murtaugh team.

Ariana Villavicencio
Communications & Content Specialist
Ariana started at Hoffmann Murtaugh in 2021 as a Social Media, PR, and Content Marketing Coordinator. Since then, she has been promoted to Communications & Content Specialist. In this role, Ariana is responsible for managing social media channels, assisting with content creation, conducting industry research, and helping to develop social media strategies. Ariana’s favorite part about working at Hoffmann Murtaugh is the transparent and motivating company culture, as well as collaborating with her talented coworkers.

Previously, she earned her B.A. in Communication Arts from Allegheny College where she learned and developed her skills in Adobe Suite. After graduation, she worked as a Marketing Coordinator at a local tool company, where she conducted content creation, website maintenance, and social media management.

Carrie Shade
Senior Paid Social Media Specialist
Carrie joined Hoffmann Murtaugh in June of 2021 as our Paid Social Media Specialist and has continued to grow her skills and expertise in the paid social space for our clients. She has recently been promoted to Senior Paid Social Media Specialist! In this role, Carrie continues to create and monitor our paid social campaigns to ensure that they are performing optimally. Carrie’s favorite part of working at Hoffmann Murtaugh is being a part of a collaborative team and the opportunity to always be learning something new.

Carrie received a B.S.J. in Strategic Communications and a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. She previously worked at The Health Plan as their Digital Media Specialist and has run a social media movement called Against Suicide since 2011, which focuses on spreading mental health awareness.

Chelsey Albert
Senior Integrated Media Buyer
Chelsey is a Senior Integrated Media Buyer based in Harrisburg, PA. Chelsey started at Hoffmann Murtaugh in 2021 as a Media Buyer and worked hard to improve on her buying experience and learn new tactics in the Google Platform. In her current role, she continues to grow her digital buying skills and helps the broadcast buying team achieve successful campaigns for Hoffmann Murtaugh’s clients. A graduate of Robert Morris University, Chelsey started her career in local television news at WHTM in Harrisburg and has continued to work in the advertising industry for the past 5 years. During her time at WHTM Harrisburg, she found a passion for marketing while working in the station’s sales department. Chelsey later shifted into the agency life and hasn’t looked back since. Chelsey’s favorite part of working at Hoffmann Murtaugh is that every member on the team is constantly encouraging and pushing each other to improve on their skills, as well as learn new skills. “It’s a great environment to be a part of.”

Christina Bellissimo
Account Management/Planning Supervisor
Christina is an Account Management/Planning Supervisor at Hoffmann Murtaugh, a role that has grown her experience in the media industry over the past five years. Starting her career at NBCUniversal in New York City, she returned home to Pittsburgh to join Hoffmann Murtaugh. In her current role, Christina drives strategy grounded in research and leads a collaborative, productive working relationship with both clients and team members to develop and execute media plans that coincide with client’s business and marketing goals. She always strives to maintain a strong attention to detail, organization, and her passion to ensure that both clients and teammates succeed.

Elana Kreisel
Associate Director of Account Management/Planning
As the Associate Director of Account Management/Planning, Elana works to help build the account management discipline at Hoffmann Murtaugh. This will ensure clients are managed within the scope and that organic growth opportunities are found and acted on in a timely manner. Elana has over 25 years of experience in the media advertising world. She has directed strategy, negotiations and delivery of media buying and planning on various forms of media from traditional broadcast, social, digital and print. Spending most of her career at MARC USA, she worked on an array of local and national businesses across many industries, such as Rite Aid, True Value Hardware, Pennsylvania Lottery, UPMC, Cedar Fair Amusement Parks, ALCOSAN, and DePaul University. Most recently, Elana worked at The Savvy Group where she helped to launch two new Live! Casinos in Pennsylvania. Elana has earned both an undergraduate degree in marketing from Ohio University as well as an MBA from Duquesne University. Currently, she is the Vice President of the Media Association of Pittsburgh board.

Eric Gress
Analytic & Measurement Reporting Specialist
As the Analytic & Measurement Reporting Specialist, Eric is responsible for setting up and managing reports for clients as well as various data analyses and compilation. Eric comes to Hoffmann Murtaugh after spending time at Niche.com where he did the research for the sales team who doubled business even during a pandemic. Although new to the marketing world, he is eager to bring his love for data to the team and provide insights useful to the growth of the organization. He looks forward to contributing and looks forward to seeing Hoffmann Murtaugh scale business.

Genny Lewis
Senior Staff Accountant
Genny has a deep agency background working in various positions over the last three decades. Formerly of Elias Savion Advertising, Genny’s roles spanned from production to media buying, accounting to human resources. As Staff Accountant, she is responsible for billing, media reconciliations, financial & time reporting, human resources, and process analysis.

Hailey Pritts
Media Coordinator
As a Media Coordinator, Hailey supports the activation team by assisting buyers in all parts of the media process and services each account using broadcast processes, best practices, and the buying checklist as needed. In addition, she helps with vendor management by organizing meetings with potential vendors and maintaining contact with media partners. Through her current role and previous experience, she has gained an understanding of industry trends related to broadcast, digital, and social platforms. Hailey is a recent graduate of the University of Dayton, where she earned a BA in Business Administration with a focus on marketing.

Jeana Decker
Integrated Media Buyer
Jeana started at Hoffmann Murtaugh on the Activation Team around a year ago. Since then, she has been promoted from Media Coordinator to Integrated Media Buyer. In this role, she takes a hands-on approach to broadcast buying in the Pittsburgh market and other surrounding markets as well as monitoring and optimizing the performance of social campaigns. Prior to working at Hoffmann Murtaugh, she worked as a freelance Social Media Specialist. Through this, she gained knowledge of website design and became a wiz at social analytics. Jeana’s favorite part about working for Hoffmann Murtaugh is the collaborative remote environment and the ability to continuously grow professionally. Jeana graduated from Kent State University with a concentration in Managerial Marketing and currently resides in Ohio.

Jess Mannering
Senior Communications & Content Manager
Jess has made a big impact since joining Hoffmann Murtaugh two years ago. Over the last two years, she has held three positions – most recently, she was promoted to Senior Communications & Content Manager. Not only is she the force behind HM’s brand, but she also helps service our clients earned, shared, and owned media needs. In this role, she is responsible for implementing a variety of social media, content marketing, and communications tactics and campaigns. In addition, she assists in building, managing, and overseeing the growth and development of the ESO department. Jess also serves as an Account Manager for one of our national clients, where she fosters the brand/agency relationship and helps the client to exceed all of their marketing goals.

Her previous work experience includes working as a Graduate Assistant Marketing Specialist at WVU’s LaunchLab Network, the Executive Assistant to the President at WVJC, and she also was the Founder of her own company, Mountain Momma Boarding. Jess received a B.S.J. in Strategic Communications with a concentration in public relations and a minor in fashion merchandising as well as a M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from West Virginia University. When she is not working, she enjoys traveling the world and spending time with her friends and family.

Jessica Anselmino
Media Planning Supervisor
Jessica is a media triple threat with a background in research, planning and buying. Experience on both the sales and agency sides gives her a full perspective of the business that benefits her clients through the entire media process — from initial research, through strategy, execution and post-buy analysis. Prior to joining Hoffmann Murtaugh, Jessica worked at CBS and ABC affiliate stations, as well as Yellow Submarine Marketing and MARC USA on the PA Lottery, Rite Aid, Cedar Fair Amusement Parks and True Value accounts.

Karl Christmann
Associate Director of Digital Activation
Karl has been at Hoffmann Murtaugh for nearly eight years and has continued to grow not only professionally, but personally as well through the support and guidance of his fellow leadership team and coworkers. Recently, he was promoted from Digital Media Supervisor to the Associate Director of Digital Activation! In his new role, Karl with work closely with the Director of Media Activation in developing campaign plans, objectives, and KPIs in addition to training new employees. He will also work closely with the Activation Team and will oversee all aspects of the digital tactics from start to finish including CTV/OTT, programmatic tactics, native, audio, and site direct initiatives to name a few. His favorite part about working at Hoffmann Murtaugh is seeing initial plans get activated and perform to best meet our clients’ needs and helping other team members grow.

Kendra Scales
Account Management/Planning Supervisor
Kendra has a variety of experience in advertising, being on both the agency and sales side as well as being the client herself. Prior to working at Hoffmann Murtaugh, Kendra was Broadcast Supervisor at DICK’S Sporting Goods, where she managed a team responsible for all national and local broadcast campaigns and sponsorships. Her diverse experiences also include Paid Media & Brand Manager at MedExpress, Media Supervisor at Yellow Submarine Marketing, and Research Analyst at WPXI.

Lauren Murphy
Senior Media Buyer
As a Senior Media Buyer, Lauren helps the broadcast buying team achieve successful campaigns for HM’s clients. She started at Hoffmann Murtaugh three years ago. Before joining Hoffmann Murtaugh, Lauren previously worked at MARC USA for 10 years. There she worked on a variety of clients, including Rite Aid and Pennsylvania Lottery. Shayla Terkalas
Media Coordinator

Nick Largy

As a Senior SEM Specialist, Nick supports the digital advertising team through his knowledge and expertise in paid search advertising and campaign management. He will be leading multiple client digital teams, assisting in overall paid search strategies, and innovating campaigns. Nick brings multiple years of experience in the agency business through digital marketing and client management. His core focus is in the SEM vertical where he specializes in Search, Display, Video, & DTC Shopping advertising leveraging proven methods and emerging strategies. Nick graduated from the University of New Hampshire where he earned a BA in Business Administration & Marketing.
