John Dooner
Chairman, CEO
John J. Dooner, Jr. has been Chairman and CEO of McCann Worldwide since 1995 and of McCann Worldgroup since 1997, except for three years at McCann parent, The Interpublic Group, where he held the titles of President and later Chairman and CEO.
John first joined McCann Erickson in 1984 as a Worldwide Account Director, was promoted to General Manager of McCann New York the following year. In 1992 he was named Worldwide President and Chief Operating Officer, three years later he rose to Chairman and CEOand in 1997, he created and launched McCann Worldgroup, today one of the world’s leading marketing communications companies.
Gary Lee
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Gary Lee joined McCann Worldgroup as Chief Financial Officer in September 2006. He has financial oversight of the company’s operations in 130 countries around the world, and works with Worldgroup management in developing new enterprise areas.
He had spent most of the previous 18 years at Ogilvy & Mather, rising to CFO and COO of O&M North America, and earlier was CFO of its Canadian operations. Earlier Gary held a Worldwide Chief Financial Officer post at Young & Rubicam. His non-advertising experience includes CFO titles at both Standard Broadcasting Canada and Pepsico Canada. He began his career with Arthur Anderson in Canada.
Eric Keshin
COO, McCann Worldgroup
Eric is both COO of McCann Worldgroup and Regional Director of McCann Erickson North America. He joined McCann as the agency's first account management trainee, rose through the ranks to Executive VP, Director of Account Management in 1995. Three years later, he was named General Manager of McCann’s flagship NY agency and led initiatives that brought in over $1 billion in new business, doubling the size of the agency. Over the years, he has introduced innovative global practice areas and personally led marketing programs that have been awarded over 20 Effie awards.
