As Chief Executive Officer at Havas Media Network NA, Greg James promotes a culture of leadership focused on inspiration, inclusion and insight. A proud ally and contributor to the LGBTQ+ community.

Greg began his career in film, theatre, and public relations before becoming a leader in digital content, sponsorship, and social media at renowned UK agency Cake. There, he led global brands like Unilever and Vodafone in music, sports, and brand activation.

Following Havas’s acquisition of Cake in 2009, Greg remained with the group, establishing the brand in the USA as the de facto content and social practice for Havas. He led Olympic activation for Coca-Cola brands and spearheaded content and social platform development.

Greg was the US Chief Strategy Officer at Havas Media from 2013 to 2018, before becoming Global Chief Strategy Officer then Global Chief Transformation Officer. Here, he led corporate development for the agency, as well as overseeing the group’s largest media clients including Telefonica, Hyundai Motor Company and Jacobs Douwe Egberts. As a member of the global leadership team, he spearheaded the development of the agency’s Meaningful Media philosophy and ‘Mx’ operating system which both emphasize ethics, inclusion, attention and incremental impact through media.

Mike Bregman

Mike Bregman is the North American lead for all offline and digital media investment, data and analytics, consulting, eCommerce, and technology services. Mike joined Havas Media in May 2021 as chief data officer for North America, where he focused on elevating the agency’s data capabilities and building the most effective and efficient technology ecosystem.

Under his leadership the team has focused on three key areas, (1) ethically collecting and harmonizing the most valuable industry, client and consumer data, (2) creating predictive and prescriptive models to identify and optimize the most meaningful audiences and touchpoints, and (3) securing partnerships with best-in class data, measurement, and technology partners to help build out product offerings and develop campaigns that drive success.

Sarah Ivey has been in this industry for some time, and wholeheartedly believes that working with people who believe in what they do matters most.

He is also a Chartered Marketer and a recognized expert in marketing communications, digital transformation, and media analytics. Noah is passionate about creating meaningful connections between brands and audiences, and shaping the future of the media industry.
