Craig is a lifelong marketer at heart. His career began at Revlon and later Gillette, where he worked with various brands such as Right Guard, Sensor, Oral-B, and Braun. In 1998, Craig became Director of Client Services at The Faneuil Group, a Boston based market research firm.
Craig then joined Marketing Drive to lead business development efforts and was promoted to Chief Growth Officer across their global network. During that time, he developed a vast client base that included, ExxonMobil, Proctor & Gamble and New Balance. In 2011, Craig was promoted to SVP Digital Strategy for the parent company, The RiverNorth Group. Under his leadership, the Digital Practice grew rapidly with clients such as: Dannon, Burger King, CVS and Pernod Richard.
In 2012, he joined Jack Morton Worldwide, a global brand experience agency that is part of the Interpublic Group of Companies. He started as Executive Vice President to oversee client relationships and serve on the agency’s Executive Team. Later, Craig was elevated to Chief Client Officer and CEO of Jack Morton’s digital agency, Genuine.
In 2022, Jack Morton appointed new leadership, naming Craig Millon and Bill Davies, as global co-presidents. They are only the 4th leaders in more than 80 years and Craig is the first diverse executive at the helm. Craig now leads the entire agency network which encompasses brand experience agency Jack Morton and digital agency Genuine along with multiple experiential brand practices: healthcare practice Jack Health, innovation practice Jack X, diversity-driven marketing practice Vivi, and sponsorship consultancy, Jack 39. Craig continues to work directly with clients and client teams as he follows his passion for helping brands succeed in this ever-changing marketplace. And he is an avid supporter of the agency’s culture which prioritizes talent growth and retainment; diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging; mental health, and remote work flexibility.

Martyn Clarkson
EVP, Global Head of Strategy
Martyn Clarkson’s career has taken him all from New Zealand to the world, working in APAC, EMEA and the U.S. In addition to his expertise in brand development, integrated/omnichannel marketing, experiential, and change management, Clarkson has a strong background in the study of human behavior – in particular, exploring the science of individual and group decision making and the complexity of hard-to-reach audiences.
As Jack Morton’s EVP, Global Head of Strategy, based in New York, he is responsible for driving the agency’s strategic vision as well as its products and processes across the network. He also works closely with the agency’s team of strategists and creative leadership to infuse insight, innovation, and ideas into extraordinary work for clients.
John Howard
President, Detroit
John came up in the business as a speechwriter for corporate executives, which gradually led to broader opportunities and oversight of larger creative teams.
He’ll readily admit that he joined Jack in the previous century – 1999 to be precise – as Detroit’s head of creative. Since then, he has created campaigns and experiences for a broad variety of brands, most notably the multiple business units within General Motors. In 2016 he was named Managing Director of the Detroit operation, which enabled him to apply his passions for innovation, culture and DEIB to inspire, focus and grow the Detroit team.
Mike Kunheim
President, EMEA + Asia
Mike has been at Jack for over 20 years. He’s got an insatiable passion for winning and growing clients, taking a bold approach to innovation, and reimagining brand experience. He’s happiest [at work] when being a strategic client partner, and provocateur, on many of our high-profile accounts globally and in the EMEA region.
As President of EMEA + Asia, Mike focuses on supporting our team to build deeper client relationships and champion cutting-edge creative craft in the experiences we create and deliver. Attracting and retaining brilliant and eclectic people who choose to grow their future at Jack is his passion, and, perhaps, most importantly, fostering a culture that fuels and embodies Jack’s ’Be Extraordinary’ mantra and being a big believer in taking the work seriously, not ourselves.
