Julie Michael
Chief Executive Officer
I am both fiercely competitive and “Minnesota nice.” My clients benefit from my tenacity and flair for making the seemingly impossible, possible. I have led dozens of integrated marketing programs for modern brands, from launching the car-of-the-future with Steven Spielberg to giving affluents permission to fly private jets again. Protecting pricing power and shifting market share for my clients drives me. Again, did I mention I’m competitive?

I previously served as Executive Director, Account Management, overseeing the agency’s Lexus National and Dealer Association accounts, and have been with Team One for 18 years. I have held a number of senior management positions, including director of experiential marketing, director of business development, and executive director leading numerous agency clients, among them The Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, HSBC Premier, Häagen-Dazs International, American Express, Flexjet, Icelandic Glacial, Anaheim Ducks, Northern Trust, and Procter & Gamble.

Before joining Team One, I was the Marketing Director at a premier Northwest resort, Crystal Mountain, running all aspects of marketing and sales. Admittedly, I still miss the “research” part of that job, which involved spending more time on the slopes than in my office.

Chris Graves
Chief Creative Officer
I oversee all aspects of brand storytelling for clients like Lexus,The Ritz-Carlton, and Indian Motorcycle, among others. My global responsibilities also include serving for more than 10 years as a member of the Saatchi & Saatchi Worldwide Creative Board. Under my leadership, Team One continues its mission to reimagine the emerging media landscape for some of the world’s most aspirational brands.

With a career spanning over two decades, my work has been recognized by nearly every significant creative competition. I started my career in New York working for Ogilvy & Mather and TBWA/Chiat/Day, before returning home to my Southern California roots, where I currently live with my wife and three children.

When not at the office, my interests include documentaries, small-batch bourbon and occasional unlicensed dog breeding.

Michael Webb
Chief Financial Officer
As head of Team One’s finance department, I oversee a staff dedicated to coordinating with agency and client teams to ensure accurate, timely accounting of all jobs in progress. Prior to joining Saatchi & Saatchi in New York, and eventually leading Saatchi LA, I worked in the finance group of Toys “R” Us, a leading retailer. I hail from Minnesota and New Jersey, and received my bachelor’s degree in finance from Providence College in Rhode Island and an M.B.A. from Iona College in New York.

Mark Miller
Chief Strategy Officer
Since late 2000, I’ve been a part of Team One, helping to grow the agency’s Strategic Planning function from a small talented group of thinkers to a large, diverse and highly awarded team of strategic analysts and brand strategists. Today, the agency’s Strategic Planning Department has deep expertise in the areas of brand architecture, consumer behavior, customer relationship management, social/mobile/digital strategy, business strategy and research. Clients apply our team’s talents not only toward providing effective advertising solutions, but also toward developing inspired launch plans, improving product design and elevating their service approaches. As distinct from many other agencies’ strategy departments, our group has long been integrated into the creative department, helping to make sure that Team One’s critical thinking is not just conceptual, but is actually applied in constantly interesting ways.

Over the course of my career, I have worked at small, mid-sized and large agencies, on a diverse group of regional, national and global brands, in a wide range of categories including automotive, beauty, beverage, consumer electronics, consumer packaged goods, fashion, financial services, gaming, hospitality, luxury, not-for-profit, pharmaceuticals, retail, sports, technology, telecommunications and travel. I am originally from Toronto, but Los Angeles and Team One have been my second home for many years and counting.

Kyle Acquistapace
Executive Director
I started my career in advertising at age 12, sending letters to companies that I thought were running their ads in the wrong TV shows. No one ever responded, but a career in media and analytics was born. Here at Team One, I oversee the agency’s media department, public relations and experiential marketing.

With more than 20 years of experience in general agency management, media and analytics, I most recently served as president and managing director at SUPERMOON, and part of the executive leadership team at Deutsch LA. While at Deutsch, I worked with brands like Volkswagen, Sony PlayStation, Zillow and Sprint, while expanding the agency with 10 consecutive years of growth through significant strategic, media and analytic leadership in all new business efforts.

Despite having a calculator firmly in hand, I chose a life in full-service creative agencies. This is due to my deep admiration of the creative product and the people who make it every day. When I’m not watching reruns of Happy Days, I also teach advertising at the University of Southern California.
