Overview

Company Summary

LevLane builds brands. Our passion and expertise is in driving traffic, engaging consumers and forging relationships. Not just once, but over and over again. Our retail, traffic-driving heritage is at the heart of everything we do. And it's proven invaluable in bringing people in – whether it’s to automotive stores, bank stores, healthcare systems, quick service restaurants, gas stations, convenience stores or tourist destinations. To us, going for the quick sale is about as satisfying as a one-night stand. We’re in this for the relationships, and we cultivate clients who look for that with their customers. That’s why we begin every client engagement by asking the philosophical question, “Who Loves Ya?” Building a loyal customer base is not about who’s aware of your brand. But who believes in it. Feels an attachment to it. Chooses to make it part of their lives. When you give people that compelling reason to become active participants in your brand, they’ll put their money where their heart is. That’s true brand participation: the difference between a customer and a brand’s best friend. We’re a full-service integrated communications agency. We provide strategic brand development and significant work on all creative fronts: print, collateral, outdoor, direct, television, radio, point-of-purchase. And our strong traffic-driving background is carried through all other aspects of our agency…public relations, digital, traditional and online media, and social marketing.

Bruce Lev
Chief Creative Officer/Founder
Bruce is on a mission defined by one question: “Who loves ya?” And whether you work for him or with him, you get it. He wants people to feel the love, because brands that don’t get love don’t become stronger brands. In his 30-plus years as partner and chief creative force behind LevLane, Bruce has brought this vision to a vast and varied audience: Beneficial Bank, Rothman Institute, Kennedy Health, KFC, Midas, Comcast, Sunoco, Exelon, and The Philadelphia Orchestra, just a handful of brands that have been inspired to look inward and project outward in ways that have delivered real results and fistfuls of creative awards. But it isn’t the awards he loves. It’s the art of matchmaking between an audience and a brand. And the word of Bruce isn’t just talk, either—it’s action of the highest kind in the form of donated time and services to countless non-profits, from the American Red Cross to Big Brothers/Big Sisters, The Arthur Ashe Foundation, and many more.

Josh Lev
President
With a disarming combination of confidence, modesty, persistence, and charisma, Josh Lev sets the tone and culture at LevLane while also managing to manage the growth and profitability of our clients. In the process of working his way up the account management ladder, Josh has touched numerous accounts in multiple categories and industries over the past two decades.
What he’s learned along the way has made him an indispensable asset to clients and a trusted leader and mentor within the agency, where the consensus is: if his name hadn’t been on the door when he got here, it would be anyway by now.

Kevin Dunn
Chief Client Officer
Kevin is a seasoned veteran of life sciences communications with experience across a wide variety of clients, therapeutic areas, and communication programs. He has vast experience in brand, digital, CRM, and multichannel programs for health care professionals, patients, and payers alike. Kevin is passionate about bringing together those three key players in all forms of communication to drive better health outcomes and ultimately better marketing ROI for clients. It is the difficult marketing challenges that Kevin enjoys solving for his clients. Kevin has held several key Life Sciences management and strategy roles at advertising agencies, marketing services organizations, pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturer. These include positions at Zimmer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Vox Medical, Harte-Hanks, and Calcium USA over a 25-year marketing career.
Kevin has written a series of white papers on multichannel marketing to health care professionals. He has been a guest lecturer on pharmaceutical marketing at Fairleigh Dickinson University and a presenter at MM&M Skill Set Live Workshops in 2013 and 2014. He had an article published in the Journal of Patient Compliance on the impact CRM programs can have on driving patient compliance. Kevin is an active contributor to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) and has done pro bono work for the Help for Hep Foundation.

Liz Weir
Chief Marketing Officer
What do you get when you combine a painter, a writer, and a process nut? You get Liz Weir. With over 20 years of marketing experience across a variety of industries and verticals, she has the skill and expertise needed to build and amplify memorable brands.

As the CMO at LevLane, Liz is the keeper of our own brand—ensuring that we’re living and breathing it in all we do with clients, vendors, and teammates. Prior to her promotion to CMO, Liz served as our SVP, Content, Social Media, and PR, where she expanded our inbound services to deliver effective integrated plans for our clients.

Prior to joining LevLane, Liz spent much of her career working for venture-backed start-ups, where she successfully built marketing organizations from the ground up and led product development and product marketing.

At LevLane, Liz works on nearly every client and across all verticals, including:
• Pharmaceuticals
• Medical Device
• Hospital and Medical System/Practices
• Financial Services
• Insurance
• Retail
• Senior Life/Senior Living

As a consummate editor, Liz was only too happy to shorten her title while enlarging the scope of her responsibilities.

Kelly Sizemore
Chief Growth Officer
Kelly’s career in advertising started conventionally enough, managing branding, packaging, and campaign development for iconic brands such as Proctor & Gamble, IAMS, Abbott Labs, and Mead. But while still at a young age, Kelly was smitten by the possibilities of branding to folks of an older age. And both she and the Senior Living industry haven’t been the same since.

In over eighteen years of service to the industry, Kelly has overseen strategy and execution on behalf of more than one hundred communities, developing a national reputation for her creativity, consumer insight, and market-proven success in the process. Of course, inborn talent and natural leadership have played an important role in her success, but for Kelly, the key to her accomplishment is a passion for people of a certain age.

Dan Hall
Chief Data and Insights Officer
Look up Dan Hall on dictionary.com and you know what you’ll find? Nothing. They don’t list people in there, and the cost-per-click is terrible. But you know when you see an ad and it feels like your phone must be listening to you? That’s Dan. Well, to be clear, he’s not actually listening to you—he’s just that good.

Our own digital media magician, Dan brings over two decades of experience and a flair for innovative strategies to the table for a range of clients, including Highmark Health, United Concordia Dental, Capital Health, Drexel University, and many more. A voracious learner, he taught himself paid search, programmatic, and Google Analytics to turbo charge our capabilities. And as if that weren’t enough, he’s also somehow working on his master’s in Business Analytics in his “spare time.”

But don’t worry, it's not all work and no play for Dan. Whether it's thrifting for unique finds, contributing to LevLane new business ventures, or schooling his son in classic movies, Dan is always on the hunt for the extraordinary.

Nicole Landau
SVP, Chief Financial Officer
Before you entrust an agency with your business, you should look closely at how they run their own. That’s one area where LevLane holds a distinct advantage, thanks in large part to Nicole Landau. As the agency’s SVP/ CFO, Nicole manages the miraculous feat of running a tight ship with a light touch. Having risen through the financial operations ranks at two major agencies, Nicole has her finger on the pulse of the industry and her eye on the bottom line. Yet, she maintains a warm smile and an unflappable disposition at all times.

When she isn’t shepherding our flock of advertising professionals, Nicole can be found tending to her own brood of two twin teen sons and one daughter, along with her husband and dogs, Lucy and Desi.
