With a focus on energy, entertainment, government and healthcare sectors, we deliver innovative, integrated marketing solutions to clients such: Pocono Raceway, Donate Life Pennsylvania, Mount Nittany Health System, Fulton Financial Corporation, Geneia, F&M Trust, Drydene, and the Pennsylvania Horse Racing Association, among many others. We’re a group dedicated to a data-driven process, ensuring every insight and proof-point can be legitimized quantitatively. We push traditional thinking to hijack the norms of society, putting our brands at the forefront of relevant conversations, positioning them for success in the minds of the consumers. We chose a bulldog as our mascot because we attack challenges fiercely, but are loyal to those who entrust us as guardians of their brand. There’re awards out there for anyone who needs to feel validated in their work. Sure, we’ve won plenty of regional and national awards, but that’s not what we tout. Michael Pavone
President & CEO
Michael oversees strategic business planning, new business efforts and ongoing agency management. He’s been recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year by Ernst & Young, steered Pavone to a place on the region’s 50 Fastest Growing Companies list for five of the last 10 years and has been recognized as one of central Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40. Michael is a graduate of the Art Institute of Philadelphia.
John Bassounas
Client Service Director/Partner
John supervises the day-to-day operations of the brand management team and provides direction and guidance on account service issues. His skill for prioritization, goal-oriented approach and proactive style helps the team keep the big picture of client success constantly in focus. John was named one of central Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40 in 2013 and is a proud graduate of Villanova University.
Amy Beamer
COO
Amy works closely with Michael and our department managers in the day-to-day operation of the agency. She works with individual clients to determine their specific needs and develop marketing and media solutions tailored to meet their expectations and budget. Amy graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elizabethtown College and was recently recognized as one of central Pennsylvania’s Forty Under 40 and as one of the Top 50 Women in Business in Pennsylvania.
Darby Hughes
Director of Brand Strategy & Communications
Darby works with the brand managers to meet the advertising needs of clients. He uses consumer insights, market analysis and emerging trends to generate ideas. HERSHEY, StarKist, American Flatbread, Yuengling, Herr’s and Ahold are just a few of the clients with which he has worked. Darby earned his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Pittsburgh, and his MBA from Elizabethtown College. He has been with quench since May 2008.
Jonathan Cooper
Director of Communications
Coop leads the communications team, where he oversees the company's integrated content strategy, including multiplatform branded content, marketing, social strategy, communications, audience acquisition and retention. His extensive experience and range of knowledge impacts all brands he interacts with, from operational challenges to consumer sell-through. Jonathan has been with the agency since April 2018.
