Todd Spencer
Executive Chairman
“In today’s highly competitive world, we believe that our clients need a highly adaptable agency. One that is driven by insight, with a versatile skill set and a willingness to do whatever it takes to help our clients win. That’s the agency I am proud to be leading here at Doe-Anderson today.”

Adaptive branding experience: Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Central Bank, Commonwealth of Kentucky, Explore Daytona Beach, Kohler, Miller Coors, Nestle Purina, Valvoline

John Birnsteel
Chief Executive Officer
“Adapting isn’t simply employing mobile marketing tactics or the use of the latest tools and technology. That’s part of it. But the bigger piece is being on top of current consumer trends. Taking a broad world view. My job here is to ensure that our agency is always imagining what is possible, not simply executing the known.”

Adaptive branding experience: Aston Martin, Bluegrass Cellular, CFA Institute, Credit Suisse, Hilton Hotel Corporation, Ladbrokes, Zurich

Leyla Touma Dailey
President, Chief Creative Officer
A highly awarded creative leader, Leyla has spent her career creating emotionally engaging campaigns for some of the world’s top brands, including Coca-Cola, KitchenAid, Maker’s Mark, Tyson, Whirlpool and a large portfolio of Constellation brands including Corona, Modelo and Kim Crawford.

An avid writer, speaker and storyteller, she’s fiercely protective of the consumer insight at the heart of every beautifully executed idea. When she’s not chasing creative inspiration, she’s busy running after (and learning from) three growing kids at home.

Lee Dorsey
President, Chief Operating Officer
An internationally awarded strategist and published marketing thinker, Lee is consistently carving out uncharted paths to success for our many partners. His work spans innovations in consumer research, brand strategy and disruptive technologies – including machine learning and artificial intelligence. Before his days at Doe-Anderson, he earned a master’s degree in marketing and management from the University of Virginia where he graduated at the top of his class. He also holds an Executive Certificate in Strategy and Innovation from M.I.T.

Brittany Campisano
EVP, Chief Financial Officer
Brittany began her accounting career at Doe-Anderson back in 1999 (to Prince’s great delight) and has fine-tuned every tool of her trade along the way to her current role. She holds both a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Louisville and a master’s in Accounting from Indiana Wesleyan University. An avid reader, she’s almost definitely at the beach with a book when not at her desk.

Matt Woehrmann
EVP, Chief Client Officer
Matt has over two decades of global experience working with some of the most iconic brands in the world, including Coca-Cola, General Motors, Microsoft/XBOX, L’Oreal, Unilever, Pillsbury and many more. In his nearly 20 years with McCann Worldgroup, he laid down roots in New York, Detroit, Mexico City and most recently Atlanta – where he led a team of 150+ employees at McCann subsidiary Fitzco. He’s a co-founder of Advertising for Change, an organization focused on bringing increased diversity to our industry.
