Overview
Company Summary
Over the past 25 years, we’ve built an agency, culture and national reputation that we’re all very proud of. In 2010, BSSP was named as Adweek’s Best Small Agency of the Decade for our consistency over time and results for our clients. Outside Magazine named BSSP as one of the ‘Best Places to Work in America’ for five consecutive years based on our active culture that promotes time spent outdoors. And in July, 2018, we were named by leading industry trade magazine, Advertising Age, as Small Agency of the Year, an honor that speaks to our values, work, client outcomes, behaviors, talent and culture. Culture is an often written about and equally often misinterpreted as flash in the pan perks or other fleeting items -- ping pong tables, office bars, etc.... We view company culture as the personality and values of the organization, helping define the environment in which our team works and behaves.
