Laura Maness
Global CEO
As Grey’s Global CEO—the sixth in the agency’s celebrated 107-year history, and the first female—Laura has solidified and galvanized a global leadership team focused on one vision, to deliver “Famously Effective” work. Since joining in 2022, her leadership has resulted in record award wins and industry honors, including Newsweek naming Grey a Top 100 Global Most Loved Workplace, winning Grand Effies in every market, and being shortlisted as Global Agency of the Year by Campaign. She was also celebrated as Act Responsible's Ad Industry Champion of Good at the 2022 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.
Prior to Grey, Laura was CEO of Havas New York where she steered a turnaround that earned the agency numerous “Best Of” honors. Recently named 50 Women to Watch for Boards, she sits on several boards including the Tory Burch Foundation, Alembic, and B Lab U.S. & Canada, the governing body of the B Corp movement. She is also a founding member of Chief, The Post, Women’s Purpose Community, ForbesWomen Forum and Fast Company Impact Council.
Gabriel Schmitt

A culture-shaping creative executive, Gabriel has more than 15 years of advertising agency leadership experience in New York, Chicago, and São Paulo, Brazil. His teams have been recognized by the industry’s most prestigious award shows including The Cannes Lions (including 2 Titaniums, 6 Grand Prix and 20 Gold), The One Show (34 Gold Pencils), D&AD (4 Yellow), Effies (1 Grand, 6 Gold), and many more. Before joining Grey, Gabriel served as Co-Chief Creative Officer of FCB NY, where he led the agency's creative resurgence on the heels of campaigns including "Whopper Detour," "Michelob Ultra Courtside," "Contract for Change," "McEnroe vs McEnroe," "Dreamcaster," helping FCB earn Cannes' NA Network of the Year accolades for five consecutive years.
Jason Kahner

Jason is responsible for growing trusted client relationships across geographies to deliver Famously Effective ideas. With Grey for nearly two decades, he oversees Grey’s top 20 clients globally, and has leadership responsibility for the New York flagship, where he is based. In 2021, Jason was an Adweek 50 honoree recognized for his dedication to client satisfaction, operational excellence, and team growth. Throughout his career, Jason has championed creativity and fostered deep collaboration across a breadth of industry verticals: From toys to telecom; consumer electronics to healthcare; financial services to fast-moving consumer goods; and established icons to emerging upstarts. At Grey, he has led Cannes and EFFIE award-winning teams across global brands, including Sensodyne, Tums, Botox, Playtex, GE Healthcare, Microsoft, NFL, HSBC global banking, and US National Parks. Prior to Grey, Jason held various positions at FCB, working on P&G, Kraft, Nabisco/Mondelez, Samsung, and AT&T Wireless.
Jonathan Lee
Global Chief Strategy and Data Officer
Jonathan joined Grey in 2015 from the Brooklyn-based worldwide digital agency, Huge, where he served as Global Managing Director, Planning and Strategy. Since joining Grey, he has been promoted to Global Chief Strategy and Data Officer and has been the architect of the agency’s strategic focus on inspiring Famously Effective ideas that solve business problems and move businesses, people, and the world forward. He has led the building of the model to analyze and gain insights from data to inspire and validate those ideas for our clients worldwide, and in his role as chair of the Strategic Council, he brings our global strategic community together around a common philosophy and way of working. Under his guidance, Grey’s global network won more than 50 Effies last year, including Grand Prix awards in every region.

Alba Anthony is the Head of People at Grey New York. At Grey, an integral part of her role is focused on creating and leading innovative programs to enhance company culture, improving employee performance, and supporting organizational change. Since Alba’s arrival she has helped create a more equitable and inclusive environment across the employee lifecycle, and serves as a catalyst for innovation. Throughout her career, she has led teams at Grey's sister agency - AKQA, and other distinguished companies including Bleacher Report, The Weather Channel, CBS Interactive and SiriusXM.
Vonda LePage
Chief Communications Officer
With 20+ years of strategic communications experience, Vonda joined Grey from Deutsch Inc., where she served as executive vice president and director of communications shaping external and internal communications. She also held leadership roles at Edelman Worldwide and FCB and is a past co-chair of the 4A’s Communications Committee. She has helped promote brand awareness and visibility for agencies and clients including AB InBev, GoDaddy, Microsoft, Nabisco, Pfizer, Reebok and Volkswagen.
Beth Rolfs
Chief Data Officer, Grey North America
Across North America, Beth leads a team of data strategists with varied backgrounds, and is known for her prowess of unlocking valuable insights to support strategic and creative development. Additionally, she is the Global Data Lead on Grey’s efforts on behalf of The Coca-Cola Company. She strongly believes in the power of data to illuminate human truths to inspire brave and bold work that, in turn, can lead to a cultural conversation. Beth works across a wide range of clients, ranging from consumer goods to financial services to health and wellness. She has provided strategic data support for blue chip clients including Pfizer, Procter + Gamble, Eli Lilly, and Merk, among others. She has also led teams at Vice’s Digital Agency: Carrot Creative, and Publicis Worldwide.
Thiago Cruz
Chief Creative Officer, Grey NY
Born in Brazil, Thiago has spent the last two decades working for some of the best creative agencies in six cities, four countries, across three continents. Prior to joining Grey Thiago was the creative lead for a wide range of international clients, such as ABInBev, Heineken, The Coca-Cola Company, Diesel, Meta, American Express, and KFC, to name a few. He has a passion for creating work that positions brands at the intersection between culture and commerce. This approach has helped Thiago’s clients not only achieve their business objectives, but also be talked about in news outlets including The New York Times, Buzzfeed, The Today Show, Vice, Wired and Vogue. Working with incredible teams at agencies, including AKQA, BBDO, and Ogilvy, he’s helped create a slew of award-winning work. So far, that includes more than 30 Cannes Lions (including a coveted Titanium Lion and ten Golds), seven Yellow Pencils at the D&AD, five Gold Pencils at The One Show, three Grand Prix at the Eurobest, and multiple golds at the Andys, Clios, and LIAs, among others.
