Overview

Company Summary

While other agencies talk brand, we at Bernstein-Rein, talk traffic, trial and transactions. Our half-a-century of unrivaled retail experience supports this philosophy. As an agency grounded in data and analytics, we put these beliefs together to accelerate growth for our clients. This approach is called Retailigent® — it's what drives our work every day. Retail, and partnering with retailers, has been a part of Bernstein-Rein’s DNA for almost six decades. Today, we are one of the country’s most innovative retail agencies whose core foundation is built around generating results for our clients. Commitment to customer service is paramount to us, and we take a consumer-centric approach to developing meaningful and relevant connections. We know that results start and stop with the customer, and our strategies are developed with a lens of measuring what matters while establishing hypothesis that point to variable testing scenarios to further understand of how customers might (or might not) respond. Search, click, like, share, purchase, swipe, follow? We track and measure, relying on real-time and ongoing metrics, and create optimization strategies to continuously improve on our results. Our teams are always working to overcome the challenges given, and the ones found along the way. Complacency is not in our vocabulary — rather, we persevere through these challenges for the betterment of our clients.
