Mat Baxter
Global CEO
Mat is Global Chief Executive Officer of Huge, joining the agency in June 2021.

Before Huge, Mat served as Chairman of Initiative after five successful years as Global CEO. He took the reins of Initiative in August 2016 and transformed Initiative’s product and structure to help brands take the initiative in culture. In that time, Initiative was appointed as global media agency for leading brands like Amazon, LEGO, Converse, and Carlsberg resulting in it being ranked world’s fastest growing media agency by RECMA for 4 consecutive years.

A true veteran of the industry, Mat was a co-founder of Naked Communications and also previously served as CEO of UM Australia. Under his leadership, UM became the country’s highest-ranked and most awarded media agency, being named Australia’s “Media Agency of the Year” a record four consecutive years. The agency was also named “Global Media Agency of the Year” at the Festival of Media Global Awards in Rome, Italy, the first time an Australian agency had received this honor. Mat was also named by Campaign Magazine as CEO of the Year.

Mat has served as a board member for the International Advertising Association (IAA), Media Federation of Australia (MFA), and as Chairman of the Cannes Young Lions Competition.

Fura Johannesdottir
Chief Design Officer
With over 20 years of experience in the digital industry, Fura has worked on some of the industry’s most innovative digital campaigns, products and connected services.

In her current role as Chief Design Officer at Huge, Fura is responsible for the agency’s design leadership across 13 international offices. She joined Huge from Publicis Sapient where she spent two years as Chief Design Officer of the Experience practice across EMEA, Middle East and Asia.

Prior to her role at Publicis Sapient, Fura worked at R/GA for over 11 years, where she provided both strategic and creative vision for her clients and teams in New York and Stockholm. She was the creative lead on R/GA’s Nike account in NYC for a number of years where she drove the e-commerce & retail business, moving the account into new territories by exploring new emerging trends and innovations. She also led the creative team for Samsung US and was one of the creative leads on R/GA’s Walmart account.

In 2014 Fura relocated to Stockholm to provide a new level of thought leadership and help set the strategic vision for the office. There she worked on clients such as Volvo, H&M, Absolut and ICA. Fura’s recent move to R/GA’s London office sees her take on a creative leadership role for the Middle East, with the responsibility to help expand the agency’s presence in what is a key region of growth.

Fura started her career in Reykjavik, Iceland, serving local clients such as Icelandair, Icelandic Telecom, Toyota, and Hertz. She soon moved to New York to study Design & Technology at Parsons School of Design. There she explored all aspects of digital media, everything from broadcast to interactive physical video installations. Throughout the years she has won a number of well-known international rewards and recognitions, such as Clio’s, Webby’s, The One Show and many more.

Jason Musante
Chief Creative Officer
Jason Musante is the Chief Creative Officer at Huge where he has led the transformation of the agency's global integrated creative offering. Based in Brooklyn, Jason leads the creative team across Huge's 13 offices, helping clients capitalize on the seismic shifts reshaping the marketing landscape.

Since taking on the role, he’s led the agency in a string of high profile new business wins including Vanguard, Realtor.com and Brooks running, to name a few. He’s led the launch of the country's number one peer-to-peer payment app for the nation's largest banks. He oversaw the launch of the agency’s first national television campaign. In 2018, Huge made its Super Bowl debut with a spot staring Keegan-Michael Key earning a #6 ranking from Ad Age and #11 on USA Today’s Ad Meter. Jason’s efforts have also landed Huge its first D&AD Pencil and multiple Cannes Lions. The industry recognized Jason’s achievements at Huge naming him to Adweek's “Creative 100” list in 2018.

Over his career, Jason has received dozens of awards from the Cannes Lions, One Show, the Clios, New York Art Directors Club, ANDYs, Webby Awards, Stephen E. Kelly Award, and Effies. His work has been featured in most mainstream news outlets including Wired, The New York Times, Newsweek, ESPN, CNN, BBC, Forbes, Fast Company, USA Today, The Boston Globe, The Washington Post, and National Public Radio. His work has also been covered in two books on the topic of integrated advertising.

Jason has judged numerous award shows, given talks at Web Summit, Internet Week, Advertising Week, the One Club and the Art Director's Club of New York. Jason partners with several organizations helping to promote diversity and inclusion within the advertising community.

Kali Beyah
Chief Talent Officer
Kali Beyah serves as Global Chief Talent Officer at Huge, where she is responsible for leading the agency’s talent discipline across its 13 global offices.

Kali brings over twenty years of experience as a talent strategist, trusted business partner, people leader and problem solver. Before Huge, she served as Head of Talent for Delta Air Lines, Inc., leading end-to-end talent strategy and implementation for Delta’s global workforce of 90,000 employees.

Kali joined Delta in 2010 and previously served as the airline’s Assistant General Counsel and Director of Government Affairs. Prior to joining Delta, she was a litigation partner with Kilpatrick Stockton LLP.

In the community, Kali serves on the boards of the Atlanta Women’s Foundation and the International Women’s Forum-Georgia. She was named to the 2020 OnBoard Corporate Honor Roll and inducted into the YWCA’s Academy of Women Achievers.

Kali has also been recognized as a Super Lawyer, Outstanding Atlantan and as one of the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s 40 under 40. She holds a Bachelor of Arts from Florida A&M University and a JD from Vanderbilt University School of Law.

Matt Weiss
President, Huge Brooklyn
Matt partners with agency leadership and new clients to achieve their ambitious growth objectives.

Prior to his time at Huge, Matt was global chief marketing officer and global chief revenue officer at Havas. He was also chief of staff at MDC Partners agency, KBS, and spent more than 15 years at McCann, putting together an impressive run of wins and awards and making the agency one of the true powerhouses in the industry.

He was classically trained in both strategy and account management, and has spent the last decade working with CMOs, integrated teams and brands to create human-centric experiences rooted in creativity, data, and technology.

Ranae Heuer
President, Huge Midwest
As the President of the Midwest region overseeing our Chicago and Detroit offices, Ranae leads all Midwest client engagements at the most senior level, in addition to running the business operations of the region.

She is recognized as a people-focused leader who supports diversity and nurtures culture to improve the employee experience with a focus on retention, ultimately resulting in a high-quality work product for clients such as Stellantis (formerly Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) and McDonald's, including a well-rounded portfolio of clients in the healthcare, technology, retail, and telecom sectors. A first for Huge, in 2018 Ranae also led an award-winning Super Bowl campaign for Quicken Loans starring Keegan Michael Key.

Prior to Huge, Ranae started her career with a decade of automotive advertising in Detroit. After relocating to New York City, Ranae led client engagements on Madison Avenue for Unilever and Bank of America. She then helped a Brooklyn-based independent digital agency, evolve from a white-labeled production shop for large traditional agencies, to being a direct-to-client partner enabling long-term relationships with Chobani, HP, Lucasfilm, Crayola, Sony Pictures, GoGo squeeZ and more.

Ranae holds a mass communications degree from Texas State University and an MBA from the University of Michigan-Dearborn and lives in Michigan with her husband and four young sons.

Mark Manning
President, Huge Oakland
As President of the West Region, Mark is tasked with establishing the future vision and strategic plan for our offices in Oakland & Los Angeles.

Based in Oakland, he is fully accountable for all business and operations of the West Region, including new business development and key C-level client relationships. He also has global responsibility for leading Huge’s network-wide relationship with long-standing partner, Google.

Prior to this, Mark was Managing Director of Huge London since 2016, where he lead the office’s growth and development while driving excellence for clients in the EMEA region such as Nike, Google, P&G, Enel, Hublot, Hugo Boss and The Economist.

Before joining Huge, Mark was a business partner at OgilvyOne Worldwide in London, where he headed up global digital initiatives for American Express across all their International markets outside of the United States.

Prior to moving to London in 2013, Mark worked at R/GA and OgilvyOne in New York, where he led the Samsung, Johnson & Johnson, and TD Ameritrade accounts. Mark received a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.

David Clarke
North America Chief Design Officer
David Clarke is the Chief Design Officer, North America at Huge, where he leads the global creative vision for the agency's Google account. Listed in Adweek’s 15 Leading Mobile Innovators, David has a rare cross-section of experience ranging from technology start ups to internationally renowned agencies. And, through extensive partnership with Google, Verizon, Nike, McDonalds, Volkswagen, Telstra and General Electric, David has delivered pioneering experiences across North American, Europe, China, the Middle East, and Australia to critical acclaim and profound commercial success.
