Will Pierce
EVP/Chief Strategy Officer
For over 23 years, Will has worked to uncover and faithfully represent Latino insights in marketing. His cultural expertise has helped create more authentic and effective campaigns for iconic brands such as Coca-Cola, LEGO, Nestlé, Smirnoff, Toyota, and T-Mobile. He's also leveraged his cultural skills in the Latin American and Asian markets to create global campaign strategies for consumer brands like Hershey's and Reese's and several complex pharmaceutical brands. Beyond his brand-building and strategic work, Will has established himself as a thought leader in the industry with provocative white papers on the evolution of acculturation and groundbreaking quantitative studies on the power of culture. He's also designed innovative ethnographic and quantitative research techniques to understand better and reflect multicultural consumers. While his work has helped win several Effie and strategic excellence awards from the industry, his most treasured award is a Certificate of Latino Naturalization from his peers. In his spare time, he loves cooking bandeja paisa with his Colombian mother-in-law and playing fútbol with his Peruvian American nephews.

Jonathan Lackey
VP Digital Operations
With over 20 years of experience in digital design, development, and marketing, Jonathan has worked with clients of all shapes and sizes, including non-profits, start-ups, tourism, and travel, such as Los Cabos Tourism, sports (Dodgers) and global corporations to create digital solutions from concept to completion.
Since he was a young child, he has been very creative. While growing up, he spent his free time working with his dad, a carpenter with a keen eye for detail. Combining art and building things from scratch created a strong understanding of problem-solving and a unique way of seeing things from both the creative and technical sides.
This unique combination of technical and creative design skills inspired him to start a boutique design studio explicitly focused on providing end-to-end services for clients looking to take their digital marketing to the highest possible level.
Today, Jonathan leads Casanova's digital division, which includes the social media, in-house content studio, and digital strategy departments. He has led projects such as content and social strategy, user interface design, email marketing, and multimedia content creation for global brands such as Nescafé, Chevy, and Nesquik, as well as regional organizations such as USPS, California Lottery, and Shoe Carnival.
