Nasreen Madhany
CEO, Neo@Ogilvy
Nasreen, a 30-year media industry veteran, leads Neo@Ogilvy as the Global Chief Executive Officer. Neo@Ogilvy delivers integrated digital and direct media solutions, and search marketing and content partnerships to clients such as IBM, Kodak, SixFlags, American Express, Yahoo!, Cisco, SAP, and Ameritrade. Nasreen supervises over 300 people worldwide. She sits on the OgilvyOne Worldwide Board and also chairs the Neo@Ogilvy Board.

Nasreen started her career at Ogilvy in Toronto, working her way through the ranks as Media Director of Canada before transferring to New York in 1997 as Worldwide Media Director on the global IBM business. After five years, she added OgilvyOne Media to her responsibilities. In the past three years Nasreen has led mOne, the joint venture between MindShare and OgilvyOne as Worldwide CEO.

Nasreen’s background in 360-degree communications, and direct and digital media, makes her unique in the industry and well positioned to lead Neo@Ogilvy in the face of challenges, such as the ever-changing global media landscape and the digitalization of all media. Under her leadership, mOne quadrupled in size in three years, won many awards for innovation, was named “Interactive Media Agency of the Year” in 2003 by MediaPost, and was on the Interactive Media Agencies Top 10 list in 2005.

Nasreen was born in Kenya, went to school in the UK, lived in Canada for 20 years, and now enjoys life in New York. A citizen of the world, she has developed long-standing, close working relationships with colleagues at the highest levels of the media industry.

Greg Smith
COO, North America
Greg Smith is Chief Operating Officer for Neo@Ogilvy. Greg joined Neo@Ogilvy in 2005 from Carat. At Carat, Greg helped start its interactive division, growing media, search, data, and other strategic services into a digital media operation in six markets with over $220MM in billings by 2006.

Before that, Greg worked in traditional media at N.W. Ayer, Bates Worldwide, Saatchi & Saatchi and Cliff Freeman & Partners. He has worked in every important marketing category on a variety of accounts ranging from Procter & Gamble to the U.S. Army. He started the Nontraditional Media Planning Group at Zenith Media Services in 1996 and helped to found Darwin Digital in 1997.

Matthias Kurwig
COO, Global
Matthias Kurwig oversees operations of Neo@Ogilvy’s 39 offices around the world, and leads development of technologies and systems that optimize client service.

He is founder of Planetactive, one of the leading full-service digital agencies in the German-speaking markets with more than 80 specialists at offices in Düsseldorf, Zurich and Vienna. Planetactive was acquired by the Ogilvy Group in 2006, and is now part of Neo@Ogilvy.

Kurwig started his first successful software company in the early phase of electronic publishing. He established partnerships with Steve Jobs’ NEXT Computer Inc. and Scitex Leaf, which led to development of Retouche, a professional image editing application for the operating system NEXTstep. He later sold Retouche to Color Tomorrow Inc., and joined the company as partner.

In 1994, Kurwig re-engineered the Düsseldorf-based advertising agency Adpoint, extending the original scope of business and significantly increasing profitability by founding Prepoint Prepress Service GmbH. He later served as director of New Media and Technology at Mediahaus Stroebel Group, Germany’s largest independent media agency, and in 1996 developed the division into IQ Interactive Quality GmbH, a full service multi-media agency that in 2000 became Planetactive.

Kurwig is a frequent speaker at conferences like Online-Marketing-Düsseldorf, InternetWorld Stuttgart, Communicate! Cologne, Seybold Conference Boston and Medientage Munich, and has been featured in many trade publications.

Jim Dravillas
Executive Director, Analytics
Jim Dravillas provides innovative measurement and analysis consultation to Neo@Ogilvy clients across all business categories, with a particular focus on digital media. He oversees the agency’s Media Analytics, Web Analytics and Reporting practice areas.

At the vanguard of digital measurement since the early years of online advertising, Jim has a breadth of industry experience and has implemented advertising measurement, testing, and analytic solutions across nearly every business category.

He joined the Ogilvy network in 1998, and co-founded its search consultancy practice a year later. His teams have been involved in many online advertising industry firsts along the way, mostly recently in advancing the emerging media cause. In conjunction with leading industry vendors, he has designed and implemented technologies for some of the very first controlled measurements of advertising related to online video, WAP advertising and mobile websites, live mobile television and video-on-demand (VOD).

Jim is active as a thought leader and participant in the digital analytics and research community.

Andrew Davidson
Director, Search Marketing
Andrew Davidson manages Neo’s US paid search operations, and has been helping global brands drive revenue through search marketing for more than five years. He manages a team of more than thirty paid search specialists, and is responsible for many of Neo’s largest and most sophisticated search campaigns, including TD Ameritrade, Allstate, Harrah’s, and IBM.

Before coming to Neo, Andrew spent three years at AvenueA | Razorfish, Andrew Davidson worked with clients such as Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Loft, Chase, Polo Ralph Lauren and Victoria’s Secret. Most recently, in his position as Associate Search Director, Andrew managed the global search marketing business for Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, developing local, international, vertical, content, in-language, second-tier and other search and media opportunities.

Prior to joining Avenue A | Razorfish, Andrew spent eight years at Digisoft Computers, Inc., most recently as the Director of Marketing where he managed both online and offline marketing initiatives within the telecom/call center software vertical.
In June 2006, Andrew earned his MBA from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business, with a dual degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management. He also holds a BS in Business from Yeshiva University, Sy Syms School of Business.

Bill Hunt
CEO, Global Strategies International
Bill leads the Global Search Strategy for Neo@Ogilvy, and also manages the day-to-day operations of Global Strategies International. At GSI, his team of Search Marketing Specialists engages in global search strategic consulting, training, and enterprise-level optimization services. Bill joined Neo@Ogilvy when it acquired Global Strategies in 2007.

Bill has been the primary global strategist for the IBM Search program for the past six years. This program has enjoyed tremendous success and is considered the gold standard program for enterprise companies to emulate. He has also developed large-scale programs for P&G, Intuit, Cisco, Tektronix, Intel, and numerous other enterprise clients around the globe.

Bill was formerly a Senior Partner and Global Search Strategist for Outrider. In this role, he oversaw their search marketing group, which serviced the world’s leading companies. While at Outrider, Bill developed and managed global SEM campaigns for Accenture, IBM, Intel, The Hartford, Zurich Insurance, WebMD, and many other top companies.

Bill was a pioneer in search marketing, starting in the early days – 1994 – with the launch of Yahoo! and Infoseek. He is an internationally recognized search marketing expert, speaking at numerous international conferences. Bill is the coauthor of the best-selling book, Search Engine Marketing, Inc.: Driving Search Traffic to Your Company’s Web Site, from IBM Press.
