Overview

Company Summary

Founded in 1946, Tombras is the largest family-owned agency in the U.S. We have 450+ employees, $720M+ in billings and five offices across Knoxville, New York, Atlanta, Charlotte & Washington D.C. We're united by a philosophy: Connecting Data and Creativity for Business Results®. Having this philosophical North star has allowed our clients to grow market share and in turn made Tombras one of the top independent agencies in North America by revenue and headcount. But the foundation beneath it all is independence, which has been a force multiplier in the data + creativity equation. Our independence allows us to invest and reinvest in our people and technology. We embody the modern approach to a full-service agency—more nimble, with better integration, and, most importantly, delivering the highest level of creativity. To that point, we’re especially proud to have been named the 2024 AdAge A-List Independent Agency of the Year, and the best large integrated search agency in America at this year's US Search Awards.
