RHONDA HOOPER
President/CEO
With a lot of hard work and a little luck, a person can gain the love, admiration and respect of their fellow business leaders in the community; but it takes a special person to garner the same sentiments from those they work with directly, day-in and day-out. That person is Rhonda Hooper, President/CEO of Jordan. Since taking the reins, Rhonda has not only won over the hearts, but has engendered the loyalty of her associates, as she’s injected new life and direction into an already well-established organization, with a long-standing reputation in the market.

Reputed as a strategic thinker, a challenger of the “status quo,” and as the embodiment of a “can do” spirit, Rhonda is a true leader…who walks the walk…earning her the highest regard by clients, employees, and the community at large.

Rhonda well understands marketing and advertising, having worked on both the client and agency sides of the business, in an enviable career that spans nearly 30 years. Rhonda is a director of the North Texas/Oklahoma American Association of Advertising Agencies.

An accomplished equestrian in her own right, Rhonda is passionate about riding and competing and does so every chance she gets. She also enjoys traveling with her husband…and on the rare occasion…relishes doing absolutely nothing.

MIKE WILKINSON
Senior VP/Channel Planning
We’re still trying to decide whether "a rolling stone gathers no moss” or ”I’ll sleep when I’m dead” best characterizes Mike. A media heavyweight, Mike heads up media and channel planning at Jordan, and we’re glad he works for us and not against us. He’s a fierce competitor, a shrewd marketer, and an accomplished strategist.

Over the years, Mike has worked in nearly every industry imaginable. He has sold directly to CEO’s, CMO’s, and department heads…and has worked for agencies the likes of McCann Erickson, and Bozell.

He has developed branding, promotions, recruitment, and product campaigns; in the categories of fast food, consumer products, entertainment, high tech, healthcare, travel and tourism, energy, banking, aerospace, telecom and more. He managed an international B2B campaign, as well as handled consumer advertising in Canada and Europe.

With vast experience in traditional and non-traditional media, Mike’s repertoire includes: primetime and motion picture product placement, infomercials, digital media, direct response television, custom publishing, and event marketing opportunities, to name a few. Mike is a Rotary Club member and has served on the 3AI Media Steering Committee.

In his “spare time,” he can often be seen either running or biking around Lake Hefner. Mike regularly competes in a host of cycling events around the state, and annually in the “Hotter than Hell” bike rally in Wichita Falls, Texas. A solid family man he enjoys carving out quality time to spend with his family, and on occasion relaxing by the pool (we question the “relaxing” part).
