Hugh Boyle
Chief Executive Officer
Hugh became CEO of TracyLocke in late 2014, following a combined eight years as global chief digital officer at OgilvyAction and Geometry Global. Throughout his career, Hugh has been an expert in the use of emerging technology in shopper marketing and brand activation—something now seen in much of the work at TracyLocke.The agency has enjoyed a sustained period of growth and expansion in recent years. This includes a run of 10 straight wins from 10 new business pitches during 2016—adding Diageo, Audi of America, Johnson’s Baby, and Heineken among others to the TracyLocke client roster. The year 2017 saw continued success when TracyLocke was appointed as the Kellogg’s shopper marketing agency of record, following an extensive multiagency pitch.Under Hugh’s leadership, the North American head count at TracyLocke has risen from 375 to 500+, and the agency has opened offices in several locations worldwide, most significantly in London, São Paulo, Singapore and Toronto.Hugh has three children: Cameron, Kitty and Lily; and though he’s a Brit, he and his wife, Mary, live in Dallas, Texas.

Mike Lovegrove is one of a new breed of creative leaders that our industry will need over the coming years. He blends integrated marketing experience and exceptionally high design standards with a deep understanding of the requirements of retail. As the architect of TracyLocke’s Buy Design methodology, he has been a driving force in the reinvention of our agency. Under Mike’s leadership TracyLocke has created game-changing platforms for PepsiCo, Pizza Hut, HP, T-Mobile and Pfizer. Mike’s interdisciplinary expertise and passion for the work have also played a pivotal role in the exponential expansion of our client roster. With his forward-thinking design approach, Mike is always one step ahead.

Stewart Campbell
Global Chief Financial Officer
After 30+ years in financial and operational management, Stewart Campbell’s reputation precedes him. Stewart is known for tirelessly implementing the performance-improving programs and procedures that keep us moving forward. His wide range of experience in both public and privately owned companies across multiple industries, like advertising, real estate, health care, information technology and manufacturing, gives Stewart a varied and well-rounded perspective on our clients’ businesses and our own. He’s also a fifth-generation Texan and an avid acoustic guitarist, a combination that frequently makes quarterly financial meetings… interesting, to say the least.

Maria Zanghetti
Chief Operating Officer
Maria Zanghetti is a master of client service. With over 20 years of retail marketing experience across a multitude of categories, Maria knows what it takes to build and grow brands. From fashion, media and electronics to top CPG brands, Maria’s extensive knowledge of retail is a driving force in our success. As an agency leader, her focus is on developing strong, collaborative relationships that create sales. She has been instrumental in launching many of our portfolio brands, which she thinks gives her the right to park wherever she wants.

Michael Bartlett
Managing Partner
Michael has a passion for developing powerful, creative ideas that solve the complex issues our clients face today. As the Managing Partner of our Wilton office, he leads our PepsiCo, Heineken, HP, Diageo and other teams to deliver smart and innovative thinking centered around our Buy Design philosophy. From developing national ideas that build brand equity to shopper-relevant programs designed to drive sales to hyper-local initiatives aimed to connect in more purposeful ways, Michael brings the vision and marketing prowess that continue to play a critical role not only in the success of our business but in that of our clients' businesses as well.

Stephen Miller

Stephen Miller is a veteran of more than 20 years with TracyLocke. Over this time, Stephen’s people-first approach has allowed him to integrate cross-functional teams to develop innovative solutions for some of our clients' most difficult problems. Having worked in every North American anchor office, he's had a diverse career that has given him valuable experience with top global companies such as Pizza Hut, PepsiCo, SC Johnson, Audi and T-Mobile. Whether it is driving shopper marketing initiatives, brand positioning strategies or field marketing programs, Stephen’s leadership continues to drive client confidence in our agency and career growth for our employees. He’s finally settled in our global headquarters as the Managing Partner, designing brand experiences for all of our Dallas-based clients as well as leading our New Business Team.

Nancy Shamberg
Managing Partner
As a “lover of all things retail,” Nancy is a big believer in the power of Shopper Marketing’s unique ability to inspire behavior and drive growth. She’s an even bigger believer in the science of boundary-less shopping and the use of data to exceed expectations as shoppers travel between the digital and physical worlds. Nancy’s reputation in the industry as a trusted partner to her clients, dynamic speaker and team leader comes from years of experience building distinguished brands such as Walmart, Safeway, and Clorox. As the Managing Partner of our Chicago office, Nancy oversees both the SC Johnson and Kellogg’s businesses. A proud mother of three children, she is a champion of women in the workplace, making sure everyone has the support and mentorship they need to achieve their career aspirations while also balancing family. Speaking of balance, when she is not at work or home, Nancy can most often be found at the yoga studio.
