Beth Johnson
Founder & CEO
Beth is a proven leader with a solid track record of building business opportunities. She founded RP3 from the ashes of another agency that closed abruptly, causing an unimaginable disruption to client work and employee livelihoods. But rather than let this turn of events leave her team or clients aimless and out of luck, Beth made the bold choice to start her own agency and attracted Norfolk Southern as one of its first clients. Her grit, resilience, and passion kept client work on track and set the stage for the solution-oriented, creative, and determined culture that continues today. A trailblazer for women in the advertising industry, Beth serves as an active member of the Young Presidents’ Organization and the Girl Scouts Women’s Advisory Board. Her commitment to empowering the next generation
of women leaders helped name her one of the Washington Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business.
