Robert Murray
Chief Executive Officer
Robert Murray is Global CEO of iProspect, and oversees the growth and expansion of the brand in the U.S. and around the world. An iProspect veteran, Murray has been driving the firm’s growth for more than eleven years now. Today, the search engine marketing and interactive agency has grown to over 800 people, and has 39 offices in 28 global markets, including Boston, San Francisco, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, New York, Spain, Sweden, the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Finland, Denmark, Norway, Hungary, South Korea, China, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, Brazil, and Turkey.

With over 20 years of strategic consulting and financial analysis expertise, Murray is also responsible for developing the firms strategic direction, negotiating strategic alliances and identifying acquisition opportunities. Before being named Global CEO of iProspect, Murray served as CEO of iProspect US from 2007 to 2009. During this time, he oversaw the agency’s acquisition of Range Online Media in 2008. Prior to that, Murray served as President of iProspect from 2000 to 2006, and led the company through its acquisition by Aegis PLC in 2004. Today the agency is part of the Aegis network of leading digital firms that offer marketers comprehensive and integrated marketing solutions that span all digital marketing disciplines.

Murray was named to BtoB Magazine’s “Who’s Who in Search” for three years in a row: 2008, 2009, and 2010. He is a member of the board of directors of Aegis Media North America, and also serves on the board of the New England Chapter of the American Association of Advertising Agencies. Murray regularly speaks at key industry conferences such as ad:tech, OMMA, Search Engine Strategies, and Search Marketing Expo, and he has been published in numerous media outlets including DM News, iMedia Connection, MediaPost, Target Marketing Magazine, and Search Engine Land.

Prior to joining iProspect, Murray was a marketing and manufacturing strategy consultant for Bain & Company, Inc. of Boston. He earned a master’s degree in business administration from Harvard University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Carroll School of Management Honors Program at Boston College.

Brian Kaminski
Chief Operating Officer
Brian Kaminski is Chief Operating Officer at iProspect. He leads the firm’s 300 person client services, technology, training, and innovation teams, and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of business results and superior client service. Kaminski drives the strategic direction of the firm’s service offerings and partnerships, and leads the efforts to grow and develop the firm’s talent through continuous learning, innovation, and a focus on an employee led culture. In addition, Kaminski works with the leaders of other Aegis Media organizations to provide integrated solutions for clients.

Since joining iProspect in 2000, Kaminski has contributed significantly to the firm’s growth. Prior to his current role, Kaminski was Executive Vice President, Managing Director for iProspect’s San Francisco office. In that role, he led iProspect’s expansion to the west coast, established and grew an office there, and was responsible for overseeing all activities for west coast clients. Earlier on, Kaminski held the position of Client Services Manager before being promoted to Client Services Director. Prior to that, he started out at iProspect as a Campaign Analyst.

An experienced and polished speaker, Kaminski has presented at client conferences and industry events around the country, including ad:tech, Online Market World, Search Engine Strategies, and Search Marketing Expo Advanced. He has authored articles for numerous industry publications such as BtoB Magazine, DM News, iMedia Connection, and MediaPost, Search Engine Land, and iProspect’s monthly newsletter, the Search Marketing Advisor™.

Kaminski earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Colgate University.

JB Brokaw
Chief Revenue Officer
JB Brokaw is Chief Revenue Officer at iProspect. He is responsible for driving revenue from new and existing clients. Brokaw oversees the firm's new client development and client retention teams. Brokaw also works to create integrated business opportunities within Aegis Media, iProspect's parent company, including Isobar and Carat among others.

With over 10 years of successful leadership experience in search technology and digital marketing, Brokaw was the former Executive Director of Market Development for Mindset Media, the world's first and only psychographic targeting and measurement platform. Before his most recent role at Mindset Media, Brokaw was the Vice President and General Manager for Range Online Media, which was acquired by iProspect in 2008. In that role, he formed world-class relationships through driving measurable success for many of the world's leading brands. During his career, JB has also served as Director of Business Development for Quigo Technologies and National Sales Manager for CNET Networks, where he was responsible for leading and growing some of the company's largest online advertising accounts, including CDW, Nokia, Motorola, Garmin, Circuit City, and Office Depot.

Brokaw is based in the New York iProspect office and is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.

John Weyand
Managing Director, New York
John Weyand is the Managing Director at iProspect’s New York office, where he oversees all accounts and account teams run from New York. His responsibilities include aligning account teams in the office with their respective client teams to create true partnerships and foster exceptional results. He simultaneously ensures adherence to best practices and leading-edge experimentation among the teams, while developing employees at every level into industry experts and leaders.

Since entering the search industry in 2005, Weyand has led strategy and execution for multi-channel digital marketing programs for dozens of online retailers, including Nike, American Greetings, Samsung, Brooks Brothers, and CHANEL. He has also led cross-organizational teams in developing and delivering content-based initiatives and global directives for multi-brand clients in an effort to unify the offerings of Aegis Media.

Weyand is Google AdWords certified and is a Microsoft adExcellence Member, having successfully completed the programs for search advertising professionals offered by both major engines. He is also recognized within iProspect as a so-called Media Ninja, signifying considerable experience and expertise with online display media.

Prior to joining iProspect, Weyand was a Master Instructor and trainer at the Princeton Review, teaching high school and undergraduate students how to achieve better standardized test results on the GMAT, SAT, GRE, and MCAT. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from Texas Christian University.

Amy Quigley
Vice President of Marketing
As Vice President of Marketing, Amy is responsible for leading the development and implementation of all marketing strategies for iProspect. Amy focuses much of her energy on enhancing the brand in support of iProspect’s business growth.

Before joining iProspect, Amy led global marketing for design and innovation consultancy Continuum. Prior to that Amy developed a marketing strategy from the ground up for Molecular, a nationally recognized interactive agency, and helped position it for a successful acquisition within a year. She has held marketing roles at ATG, and Leo Burnett where she managed the agency’s largest East Coast based account.

Amy recently served as President of the American Marketing Association's Boston Chapter. She graduated from University of Hartford with a BA in Communications.

Fran Ferrara
Chief Financial Officer
Fran Ferrara is Chief Financial Officer at iProspect, responsible for all corporate financial reporting, planning, control and analysis. In addition, he oversees all human resources and corporate administrative functions. Ferrara joined iProspect in 2003, bringing over 16 years of experience in all ranges of financial control, planning and analysis in both private and public companies. Most recently, he served in a senior financial capacity at Syntonix Pharmaceuticals, an early stage biotechnology company.

Prior to joining Syntonix, Ferrara spent over three years at Navipath, a CMGI company, where he was responsible for developing and managing the entire financial control structure of this start-up entity. He is a CPA in Massachusetts, which he earned while at KPMG in their Boston office.

Fran Ferrara earned an MBA from Boston University in 1999 and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Boston College in 1990.

Monica Stoffel
Vice President of Human Resources
Monica Stoffel is Vice President of Human Resources at iProspect. She currently manages a team of HR professionals across North America and is responsible for Career Development, Employee Relations, Recruiting and Benefits.

Since joining the company in 2004, Monica is a strategic leader who manages iProspect’s constant growth by bringing Recruiting to the front to serve as a catalyst for resolving critical business issues and by successfully partnering with the leadership team to ensure Recruitment strategy is aligned with the overall business strategy.

Prior to joining iProspect, Monica worked as a technical staffing consultant. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from Hartwick College in Oneonta, NY.

Ray White
Chief Performance Officer
As Chief Performance Officer White oversees a group dedicated to developing business performance tools and processes that fuel innovation for iProspect. Additionally, he heads up iProspect’s training which delivers more than 200 hours of training to employees each year. He was instrumental in the creation of iProspect’s proprietary SRS (Strategic Results System) technology, a cross-media measurement and reporting platform with thousands of configurations and reporting capabilities to meet each unique client’s needs.

After extensive experience driving start-up and fortune 1000 companies to increased profitability, White joined iProspect in 2004. Ray has more than 20 years of marketing and product experience and was the marketing lead for four companies that grew from $0 in revenue to as much as $320 million. Prior to joining iProspect, he offered strategic leadership at Media3Net, Match.com, Clearwire Technologies and Verizon Communications.

White is a graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington, where he received a B.B.A in management and an M.B.A. in marketing.
