Brian started Colling Media in his kitchen. That was 2009. Today, Colling Media is a recognized leader in merging traditional media with the latest in proven digital marketing tactics, advertising strategy, content marketing and thought leadership. Brian has worked hard to create a full-service agency that brings better advertising results to its clients, and he takes great pride in a broader personal and professional mission of helping people succeed. Schooled in traditional and digital media, Brian’s background includes significant stints at Cox Communications and Cox Media. A proud Sun Devil, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife and three wonderful children.
Doug Campbell
President
Doug oversees the teams responsible for delivering on Colling Media's promise to our clients. An Arizona native, Doug has worked in nearly every aspect of digital marketing, from startups to Fortune 500 companies for the past 20 years. He got his start writing code for websites, software and databases and quickly moved into PPC and SEO to drive traffic to the sites and platforms he helped build. Doug enjoys spending time with his two boys, coaching youth sports and serving as a Cubmaster of a local Cub Scout Pack.

Jordan is an innovative thought leader with 10+ years of advertising and strategic growth experience. He has a track record of driving successful relationships, while offering and supporting marketing and transformation practices, with a primary focus on digital channels. In his spare time, he enjoys watching Arizona sports, especially the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix Suns.

As Colling Media’s Chief Operating Officer, Leo Rondeau works closely with the agency’s team to ensure that the company’s culture, vision, and processes are aligned for success. At Northern Arizona University, Leo received degrees in advertising and public relations. As a Phoenix native and lifelong explorer of Arizona’s varied geography, Leo has great passion and respect for the wilderness. Leo, who met his wife, Brie, at NAU, is a devoted husband and father of two beautiful girls who keep him active and share his joy in the outdoors.

As Colling Media’s Chief Administrative Officer, Melissa works closely with the CEO to ensure that the company’s vision, and processes are aligned for success. Melissa brings over 20 years of experience from the healthcare sector in both marketing and leadership. Melissa’s favorite thing to do is travel with her husband and daughter.
