Submitting Content

Please use the form at the bottom of this page to submit your content. We ask that any files that are a part of your submission be hosted in a single folder, preferably on a cloud-based file share such as Google Drive, Dropbox, or Box. Please also make sure that permissions are set to enable us access.

After submission, you will be contacted by a member of the 4As marketing team to confirm receipt and if there are any additional information needed.

We’re asking member agency CEOs, creative leaders, strategists, media execs, futurists and new business gurus to answer the same five questions. We’ll present these in articles titled “Five Questions For [Company]’s [Role of person answering Q&A]”. Your answers could be succinct, serious or playful. You must submit a headshot or candid photo of the respondent.

100 Years of Advertising - An Interactive Timeline

This is your chance to share your history and be part of our interactive timeline. Share with us stories behind the greatest moments of the last one hundred years of advertising. The following provides some general parameters for timeline submissions:

Must include Year. An exact year is required in order to appropriately add it to the timeline.
Must include Title. The title should be up to 90 characters for best display on the timeline.
Must include a Summary. The summary should include details about the moment in history so that the visitor is able to grasp the essence of the moment.
Must include an Image. It will be a featured image in the timeline.
As available, additional visual assets to tell the story, including video, audio or additional images.

Please note, all content (including multimedia) must be cleared prior to posting. The review process may take up to 10 business days.

Agency office and culture videos

We’d like for you to create a video (no more than two minutes in length, please) giving viewers a look at your space, people and your corporate values and personality. Try to have fun with this project. We’re giving you creative license to be as bold or as subtle as you wish. If your office welcomes pets, show them off. If you provide bagels every Friday, nosh away on camera. Be yourselves!

See It & Be It (part of our Women & Diversity leadership series)

Our “See It & Be It” series promotes gender equality and diversity in advertising. We want to hear from successful female leaders and executives of diverse backgrounds.

Please share your experiences, either in a short video (iPhones and other mobile devices are just fine) or text submission (please also submit head shot) addressing the following topics:

Words of advice to young talent
A personal moment of challenging or overcoming discrimination
Your first mentor and what that meant for your career

All multimedia submissions must be clearly titled. Include the name of person (if headshot) or campaign.

Videos Submissions for “Agency Office and Culture Videos” and "100 Years of Advertising" Timeline

The following provides some general parameters for agency-generated videos:

Title and Description

Video submissions should be clearly titled, and should include contact information. (Note: the contact information should not be embedded in the video itself). The 4As may edit the description at its discretion.

Resolution and Format

Up to two minutes in length
16:9 widescreen aspect ratio
HD is preferred (720p or greater)
Most major formats are acceptable, including MP4, MPEG4, and MOV.
High Profile H.264 encoding is preferred

Post-submission Processing

The 4As will typically add a title card to all videos that will serve as the introduction.

Hosting

The 4As will upload video submissions to its choice of hosting service. Videos will be embedded in the 4As website, from where they will typically be accessed.
