Long Island agency welcomes marketing veteran Bill Blaney to its team
SMITHTOWN, N.Y., June 16, 2017 — SMM Advertising is proud to announce the addition of marketing veteran Bill Blaney to its creative team on May 16. As the new Creative Director, Bill will oversee all creative operations for the agency, from strategy to campaign development and new business. Bill previous position was Creative Director at LoBo Petrocine Advertising.
Bill comes to SMM with an impressive body of knowledge and experience, including several years in various creative leadership roles. A graduate of Temple University, Bill has worked with a diverse group of clients, including Canon, Tiffen, JP Morgan Chase and Festo, among many others. His marketing expertise covers areas of retail, education, financial, technology, entertainment and housewares industries. Similarly, he has created campaigns for an assortment of media, such as online, television, radio and traditional platforms. In addition, his work in digital media and social marketing strategy spans nearly two decades.
Also, Bill has shared his expertise in articles he’s written for Social Media Today, Huffington Post Small Business, and Business2Community, and as a guest on national talk radio and business podcasts. He is the author of the best selling business book B2B A To Z – Marketing Tools and Strategies That Generate Leads For Business-To-Business Companies, which has been praised by industry experts such as David Meerman Scott and George Lois.
