She has a master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, is an instructional designer, facilitator, coach, and ever-striving-to-do-better mom of two.|

As CTO of Momentum, Jen’s passion lies in innovation in talent management and delivering on the promise of the most compelling talent experience possible across every employee touchpoint to attract and engage the best. A member of the 4A’s Chief Talent Officer and Learning and Development committees and the American Society for Training and Development, Jen is a licensed executive coach and practitioner of Discovery Insights and has an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business with a specialization in global leadership, change management and international marketing.
|Jenny Galluzzo co-founded The Second Shift because she supports working-women, and believes the modern workplace has to be flexible, adaptable and accommodating. She learned this the hard way– from her own personal experience. Like many women in our network, Jenny’s career path had been long and circuitous. Jenny discovered firsthand that when it comes to building a professional life, it’s a marathon, not a sprint. For the better part of a decade, she worked as a television producer/booker and on-air reporter for outlets including Good Morning America, News 12 The Bronx and Plum TV. As a side project, Jenny started a clothing line called Mayer Studio based on her passion for vintage caftans. Then, in 2009, her first son was born and, all of a sudden, the reality of a new life as a mother didn’t fit into the structure of her career. Jenny realized what she wanted from her career had changed and she needed to figure out what she wanted to be when I grew up.|
