Research conducted by Harvard University found that about half of those who move into leadership positions fail.

4A’s is once again offering the Executive Leadership Program (ELP), a three-day program specifically designed to provide current and potential leaders from agencies of all sizes and specialties with a set of leadership survival and success tools.

What It’s All About?

The focal point of the course is a globally acclaimed computer-based simulation that challenges participants to lead, manage and improve the performance of a marketing communications agency over time. The result is actionable.

The Agency Leadership SimulationTM (ALS)
During three simulated years spread over three days, management teams must make about 300 decisions that determine the agency’s (known as Shele House, a network agency in Perth, Australia) success.

Who Should Attend?
Target attendees include: new office CEO’s, COO’s, client service directors, major account directors, creative directors and high-potential department heads. The ALS is also an invaluable learning experience for those being considered to eventually succeed current agency leaders.

All attendees are asked to make their own hotel and travel arrangements.

The number of attendees will be limited to 21 attendees to ensure a healthy diversification of experiences, specialties and points-of-view, yet small enough to allow for individual attendee attention. Given the popularity of this program, we are anticipating a quick sellout so we would urge you to register your colleagues as soon as possible.

Early Rate (Thursday: 10/12/2017)

  • Non-Member: $3,300

Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Refunds will be granted, excluding a processing fee of $150, if written notice is emailed to Joyce Glenn before Tuesday, October 10. No refund will be given to any cancellation requests after October 10.

Transfers to a future ELP date/location will be granted, excluding a processing fee of $100 per transfer, if written notice is emailed to Joyce Glenn before Tuesday, October 18. There will be a fee of $1,000 per transfer for any request after October 10. Transfers are allowed up to Thursday, October 12.

4A’s may in rare instances, and on short notice, need to reschedule, abbreviate or even cancel a program or may need to substitute a speaker; this may be caused, for example, by severe weather or other force majeure events. We will provide the earliest notice that we are reasonably able to provide under those circumstances.
