The 4A’s Mid-Atlantic Council Board of Governors cordially invites you to attend their premier forum for agency senior executives in the Mid-Atlantic advertising community.

The ad industry continues to be in a period of ongoing instability. Agencies are challenged to effectively service clients on shrinking margins. New business efforts are fraught with ill-defined RFPs, too many agencies participating and slow decision-making processes. Evolving and expanding services require new and different talent that is more challenging to find. Moreover, we’re 15 years into the “digital revolution” in our industry, but no one seems to have a clear picture on where we’re heading.

To provide some perspectives on these issues, the Mid-Atlantic Council presents The 4A’s Leadership Forum, featuring 4A’s senior executives who are directly engaged on these issues. Their combination of interface with the ANA, engagement with the scope of 4A’s membership and keen observation of the trends in our industry will provide our “latest and greatest” insights and guidance for today’s agency leaders. We invite you to attend and get a broader perspective on the dynamics in our industry and “best practices” ideas to help you better manage your agency in these turbulent times.
