Campaign for PM Pediatrics Wins Gold, Silver, Bronze in Multiple Categories
Hauppauge, NY – June 8, 2017 – Leading advertising, branding and digital marketing agency Austin & Williams announced today it won seven accolades for its work for PM Pediatrics, the nation’s largest provider of specialized pediatric urgent care, in the 34th Annual Healthcare Advertising Awards (HAA), sponsored by Healthcare Marketing Report.
Austin & Williams received gold medals in the Digital Marketing Program and Outdoor categories; a silver medal in the Television Advertising Series category; bronze medals in the Integrated Marketing Campaign and Total Advertising with TV categories; and a certificate of merit in the Website Category, for its “Fear/Fact” campaign. A&W also won a bronze medal in the Logo category for “Treated 1,000,000 Patients.”
Focused on the specialized pediatric urgent care provided to those patients, the “Fear/Fact” campaign differentiates PM Pediatrics from its general urgent care competitors through a series of message pairings that connect parents’ real-life fears to PM Pediatrics’ competitive benefits, including its physicians’ in-depth pediatric emergency training, child-friendly offices and technology, as well as shorter wait times.
“We partnered with Austin & Williams to tell the story our patients and families already know: that a trip to PM Pediatrics provides unparalleled specialized pediatrics expertise in a comforting environment tailored for children and young adults,” said, Dr. Christina Johns, Senior Medical Advisor and Senior Director, Marketing Strategy for PM Pediatrics. “We are thrilled that A&W was able to further our trusted message in a campaign that has made a true impact on our practice—and our patients.”
Named one of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies by Inc. magazine for the past six years, PM Pediatrics is a longtime A&W client that continues its impressive growth, with several new locations set to open this year throughout the northeast.
“The urgent care marketplace is an increasingly crowded one and parents have more options than ever before,” explained Rick Chiorando, CEO and Chief Creative Officer for Austin & Williams. “Our campaign challenge was to clearly—and quickly—demonstrate that PM Pediatrics truly is the only choice for pediatric urgent care delivered by highly trained specialists in an age-appropriate setting. We’re proud that our ability to bring that message home creatively has been recognized by Healthcare Marketing Report.”
