Mitsubishi Motors Selects BSSP as Advertising Agency of Record

Mitsubishi Motors North America, Inc. (MMNA) today announced it has selected Butler, Shine, Stern & Partners (BSSP) as its advertising agency of record. The change comes as the brand looks to continue building momentum in North America and on the precipice of two important new vehicle launches.

Elaine Naum has been elected a Senior Vice President at Partners + Napier.

As the account leadership team continues to grow at Partners + Napier, the agency announced the promotion of Group Account Director Elaine Naum to Senior Vice President. She will continue to report to Managing Director Courtney Cotrupe.

Shreya Mukherjee Returns to Deutsch as SVP, Group Planning Director

Most recently overseeing global branding and sponsorship for Citigroup at Publicis New York, Shreya Mukherjee has “boomeranged” back to Deutsch. She has rejoined the New York office as SVP, Group Planning Director, to lead strategy on clients including PNC Bank and will assist in new business initiatives.

Ed Chambliss Takes Over as CEO of Phelps

Phelps, the integrated marketing communication agency for such clients as Panasonic and Public Storage, has named Ed Chambliss chief executive officer. The move reflects an expansion of research, strategy and creative at the agency, which has recently added new leadership in these disciplines and updated its own brand story. Joe Phelps, who founded the agency 36 years ago, will serve as chairman of the agency’s board of directors and develop his nonprofit, the Getting Better Foundation.
